The package of maps, Metro passes & map, Museum guide, etc., have helped me to plan out my conquest of Paris. Without the usual blood, waste of time, and a lot of missed oppertunities.

I haven't used my passes yet we bought them for June of 2014, but the process of ordering, paying for and delivery has been beyond excellent. The website was easy to navigate and any questions I had they were available to answer at anytime. I never has a reason to call because someone was alway available online I never waited for more than a few mins. to connect to someone. All my questions were answered, even the ones that didn't have to do directly with the pass. I would recommend The City Case Inc. to anyone. Not to mention I researched other websites and The City Case Inc. has the best value, flexibility, and verity of any website out there.

I ordered my Paris Museum Pass from City Case because the delivery cost was less than ordering it from France. I was impressed how fast my pass arrived. I would definitely recommend City Case.

If you need any help in purchasing passes, etc. for overseas travel. try The City Case, Inc. Who knows, you may just find what you need.

Never had an issue. Seems like I was VIP throughout the whole trip this pass was used. Would recommend it a zillion times.

I had a great experience with the City Case. After weighing all of my options, I ordered a Paris Pass from them for use during a research trip in Paris. The City Case offers, hands down, the best value for your money. Buying these passes separately or from other companies is simply not as good of a deal, nor is it as customizable. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their passes are especially good, I think, for first-time visitors… especially having seen the waiting lines at popular monuments and having helped many a confused tourist with buying metro tickets.

They are very on point with their customer service, as well. The morning after I placed my order for my pass, they contacted me regarding a problem with my address that was easily fixed. I appreciated the quickness with which they reached out to me and the speed with which they sent my passes once the issue was resolved. The employee I conversed with was very professional and kind.

I have recommended The City Case to friends and family when they come to visit me in my new home in Paris!

We purchased our Paris Museum Pass and unlimited metro pass through city case two days before we were scheduled to leave. It was right before Christmas and companies were starting to wind down for the holiday. I was worried that we had purchased too late but city case addressed our purchased almost immediately. They even messengered the passes to our hotel so that they would be waiting for us when we arrived at no charge. They were extremely professional and I will definitely use them again the next time we travel!! The passes were amazing and made our experience even better than we could have hoped for.

One word....Awesome.....the savings on the rail pass alone was worth the value, let alone all the museums we got in for free. Very simple, and easy to use. If you are planning your own itinerary this is the only way to go and at a very significant savings as well...If we ever return to Paris we are definitely purchasing another package like the one we did...thumbs up definitely.

I can't say enough wonderful words about the Paris City Case. It took care of most everything on my must see list and more. No lines No Lie! Do yourself a favor and get on if you're heading to Paris you won't regret it!

We purchased Paris airport/hotel transfers, boat on-off passes, as well as metro passes. All of it was done from our home in Iowa. All came in a holder that explained each purchase and it's use. Everything was as advertised and sent to use in the promised time span. We will use this company again if our travels again take us to France.

Tickets were delivered on time and exactly as ordered. Nice to have an important detail taken care of easily without hassles

Order 2 tickets 2 months in advance. Trip was at end of January. Allow enough time. Kept being tell by customer service (think I was talking to the owner) that tickets were tied up in customs. Company offered to send tickets to hotel in Europe however we were visiting multiple cites in different countries and the tickets were For transportion in Paris and were suppose to be use when we arrived. Tickets were sent overnight mail 2 days before departure from the USA. However I really felt the customer service person didnot want to deal with it? I follow the rules and allowed enough time for the tickets to come. Your company failed

I ordered the package which included the museum pass and metro pass - I was in the city for a very quick visit and these two passes helped enormously in avoiding lines to buy tickets. It was especially nice to have the tickets in hand before leaving the US. I called the customer service line before ordering and the person who answered was very helpful and clear. I will be ordering from The City Case again for my next trip and have recommended them to friends who plan to visit Paris.

This gives you faster entries, shorter lines and just makes seeing as much as you can in a short time possible! Loved it and will do again!
