Took a while for my order to arrive. After emailing them over this I did eventually receive the order but with 2 packs of coffee pods missing. I have emailed them several times over this matter, whether I'm going to receive the 2 missing packs or refunded for them to which I still haven't heard from them. Poor correspondence.

The order took almost a month to arrive and the coffee pods and been crushed and some had opened.

Order coffee pods.
A week later tried to get a delivery update, no response.
Tried to call 01799 334338 - number unobtainable.
Traced company to a private address and I suspect I've been scammed.
Will wait 30 days and claim refund via my bank.
Pretty sure they also trade as TheCoffeePodUk
Best avoided in my experience.

I had to contact your customer service as I didn't get my last order/delivery. No answer /reply from you at all!
Luckily I found my coffee at someone else's house days later.
So that is why it is only a 3, you ignored my request for answer completely

This order was fully refunded. The products were out of stock and should never have been made available on the website. That was a technical error, apologies.

For reference this review was posted 48hours after the order was placed.
Avoid
2 weeks and 3 emails to the company without a reply, product not recieved. Very poor. Update: it's now 4 week and 4 emails, no reply.
