Hello Peter,
Your order placed on 22/05 was sent out on 26/05 via Royal Mail 1st class post.
Due to the order being placed after our delivery collection on the 22/05, and there being a bank holiday, the earliest it could be despatched was 26/05
Also due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Royal Mail is experiencing delays, and we have seen from other customer orders that they can take 7 – 10 working days to be delivered, there doesn’t seem to be any consistent time frame and this is out of our control.
Please allow a few more days for it to arrive and if it doesn’t we can send out replacements or issue a refund.
Request s for reviews are sent automatically by Trustpilot and therefore do not account for things like Bank holidays or the current COVID-19 situation.
Apologies on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay, hopefully, it should be with you very soon.
PD

My son and I genuinely love these . . . .
My son and I genuinely love these paper decorations. The colours are lovely and bright. I'm not normally a fan of paper decorations but I am now converted, and will be purchasing more via this company. Prices are reasonable, delivery is quick, packaging attractive and recyclable. Perfect.

What a lovely review! Makes our day when we get feedback like this! So pleased we have managed to convert you! One of our main aims when starting Paper Dreams was to make traditional paper decorations (which often have a reputation of being something your granny had years ago or cheaply made and dull) more appealing, better quality, and design lead whilst also being kinder to the planet. PD

They had exactly what I was looking for.
Found this company while looking for eco friendly decorations for my daughter's birthday - I wanted something to make it special, while avoiding balloons. Paper Dreams had exactly what I was looking for. I bought the pack of bright mini fans and the 30cm rainbow fan, which my daughter especially loved. The prices are reasonable and the delivery quick, plus there was a handwritten thank you note included which was a lovely touch. Plus a donation to the NHS - brilliant!
