Hello Viola, we are very sorry to hear this. Your order was despatched the same day it was received and unfortunately, on this occasion, Royal Mail has let us down, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Our website does advise customers that deliveries may be subject to delays, which is understandable at a time like this.
Once again, we are very sorry about this.
We have had so many orders, especially for the FeedNHS items and we have been working flat out to get these sent out as quickly as possible especially given the current circumstances.
Please get in touch with us and we can arrange a refund for you. PD
