Total disappointment ... partially sorted!
This is my first time ordering from this company and what a huge disappointment. First of all the delivery was delayed by a day with no ability to communicate with the delivery company as their tracking system did not work. Then when the delivery came it was a huge disappointment, left by the door although we were in. We ordered Ikg king crab claws and got a half crab! We also ordered a pack of crevettes and got shrimp, the monk fish fillet portions are an insult, tiny slivers of fish that looked liked baby squid. This was part of my hubby's big celebration meal and I feel totally let down and ripped off. None of the items were reported as being out of stock at the time of ordering and the replacements are not of equivalent value or size. I think this is so unfair and I'm shocked that this has happened. This is the first time, I've just had my order ignored and any old stock sent out. A horrible experience I'm still debating what to do.
Editing, as after my review, I got a good response from their customer service and a partial refund and the crevettes were very nice and much bigger than expected I wish the other bits were as nice but I would order crevettes from here again and hope for a better experience all round.

Dover soles arrive as fresh as daisies!
I ordered dover soles, which is a fish I love, but can't buy locally. They arrived on the day I booked for delivery and were as fresh as daisies! Absolutely delicious, ummmmmmm.
I have made many orders to the Cornish fishmonger over the years and they never fail to deliver the best quality fish despite travelling from Cornwall to Cambridgeshire. As a lover of fish, I feel so lucky to have this service.
