As usual the pasties were great. I had an issue with the delivery company APC used by The Cornish Pastie store in that they delivered my pasties 24 hours late and they had defrosted and were ruined. A quick phone call to the Cornish Pastie Company and the issue was resolved straight away. They delivered another order this time using Royal Mail as opposed to APC. Fantastic customer service on the part of the Cornish Pastie company and No points to APC who really weren't interested. I have been a customer of the pastie company for a few years now and this was the first time I had a delivery problem. I will continue to order more pasties from these folks.

Don’t buy any pasty’s from this supplier. Their chosen delivery company APC DO NOT delivery the next day. They are sending frozen goods and they must be kept frozen otherwise they will perish. I’ve had several orders where the delivery has been delayed by two to four days. I emailed customer services several times asking for help/refund/replacement the last time it happened but they ignore my requests. So be warned

I often order frozen pasties from The Cornish Pasty Store and they are always delicious. My latest order the courier was poor keeping the pasties in transit for 48 hours not the usual 24 or less. I contacted the store (James) who agreed this was to long and without hesitation arranged a fresh replacement order. A fine example of outstanding service 👏🏻👏🏻

Received a time slot on the morning of chosen delivery day and received exactly what I ordered. Packaged well and kept frozen. This is my second order from this company. Went for original and flaky pasties, and a small cream tea of scones, all lovely. Frozen pasties say to oven cook but tried mine in air fryer and was lovely.

Great service delivery well within the timeframe stated.The pies were as tasty as I thought they would be would recommend them

Timely efficient service and a delicious end product
Just like the pasties when I lived in Cornwall.

Placed the order on a Thursday and the box arrived on the following Tuesday, completely rotten. Two boxes of dough mush and brown liquid that stinks, sat at the couriers for 5 days. Customer services not replying.

These are the worst cornish pastys I have ever come across. I chose St.Agnes ones as I have had the real deal in St. Agnes itself, they were gorgious. These are a very poor imitation!

Ease of ordering and delivery choice.
Have been buying pasties from Cornish pasty store for a number of years.
We love both Cornish oven pasties and Prima Pasties.
The others may also be as good but we have stuck with the ones we know and like.
We always send them to our son in law for his birthday. It has become a tradition.He lives them as well.

Order the gluten free pasties for my husband's birthday.
They were just like we used to have when we were on holiday in Cornwall. Bought back a lot of memories, tasted just like they did years ago. Even the gluten free pastry was really good. Ordered last week and choose delivery date came early the morning i wanted them for. Great company.

Great pasties from Prima Bakery via Cornish Pasty Store. We chose next day delivery and they arrived the following morning, frozen and ready to cook for lunch that day. Will be ordering more!

Unfortunately the goods I ordered for delivery on Friday did not arrive, nor were they delivered today as notified by the couriers who this evening changed the delivery date to Monday!
Presumably by then they may pose a health hazard. Or is this delivery dreckly?

My wife has been longing for a gluten free Cornish pastie for a long time. We ordered a supply using the easy to use website and received our order on the day we specified. Superb service! More importantly my wife was delighted how tasty they are! We will definitely order more of them with other gluten free options from this wonderful supplier. Thank you so much.

Bought these for my son's birthday as he buys them in St Agnes when visiting friends. He says they are as delicious as from the shop. He was gutted last year as he was not allowed to take frozen pasties on his flight home and they were all binned. These certainly make up for his loss.

The pasties are nice. Good flavour and ingredients veg/meat ratio.
On the smaller size. Come promptly this time but previously long delay over a week from when estimated without communication. This time seamless and delivered quicky. Would recommend.

Exelent idea, giving people the opportunity to experience smaller producers products.
Verry tasty first venture and will be buying again. I find this sort of venture an exelent way to give the small producer a grand stage.
Have done this sort of thing with meat from Devon for a while.

Fabulous as always, these really are the genuine article

I lived in Cornwall for 40 years and consumed many pasties over this time. The shortcrust steak from here is my absolute favourite - the meat is proper steak no gristle and the pasties are filling! I’m now sharing the love with my work colleagues, I also ordered some to be delivered to my cousins in Essex and even a double glazing salesman yesterday ordered some when he smelt mine!! I thoroughly recommend these 5 star every single time!!!!
