My item never arrived and Crafty Giraffe we're not helpful. Very disappointed.

I paid extra for what appeared to be next day delivery ie to receive the item within 24 hours and it didn't arrive. Contacted customer service and their response was that it was actually within 24 hours of whenever they decided to dispatch the item and guided me to their small print that states this (2-4 days). Very poor customer service and misleading for customers.

I’m a dog Walker and have this year bought every single customer a personalised dog decoration. They have gone down a treat and myself and all of my customers have been so impressed with them. Thank you.

Customer service from this place is disgusting!! So rude and they just pass the blame. I have been in sales over 20 years to high levels and I would never treat people like they do.
What a waste of money - don’t purchase from this company they’re a joke!

I ordered four dog tree decorations and thought them to be very poor quality. (I have one from another business which is far better quality) Admittedly these are a cheaper price with 2for1 offer but they are not worth the full price anyway. Cheap hanging ties which I have replaced with ribbons. Customer service were abrupt. Will not be using this company again.

I bought a decoration for the tree on this page at a very cheap price, but I thought that the idea was worth it, because they are quite cool. To say that the shipping cost me more than the product and as if that were not enough, when I arrived in my country (Spain) I had to pay a customs fee of almost 7 euros, in total I paid as if I had bought 4 tree decorations. The platform is fine, it does not take so long to arrive and they look of good quality. But it doesn't weigh anything, shipping could be a little cheaper. I do not recommend it if you buy from anywhere other than the UK, unless you want to buy 30 decorations for the tree, in the end the grace has been expensive. Almost 30 pounds for something that weighs not even 30 grams, outrageously expensive.

Compre una decoración para el árbol en esta pagina a un precio nada barato pero pensé que la idea merecía la pena, porque son bastante chulos. Decir que el envio me costó mas caro que el producto y por si eso fuera poco, al llegar a mi país (España) tuve que pagar una aduana de casi 7 euros, en total he pagado como si hubiese comprado 4 decoraciones de árbol. La plataforma esta bien, no demora tanto en llegar y se ven de buena calidad. Pero no pesa nada, podría ser un poco mas barato el envio. No la recomiendo si compras de cualquier otra parte que no sea UK, a menos que quieras comprar 30 decoraciones al árbol; al final la gracia ha salido cara. Casi 30 libras por algo que no pesa ni 30 gramos, exageradamente costoso.

Received my 2 cat decorations today was delighted. Sent a picture to my daughter and she thought I sent pictures and you carved them as they look exactly like my cats! Thank you she is online now looking for a dog one for her best friend!

I have been ordering from here for many years now, Christmas decs, Santa board and many more personalised gifts and never been disappointed with the purchases. Easy to use ordering, quick postage and helpful customer service I would Highly recommend.

Made an error in order and emailed immediately, was really happy when I got an email saying it was all sorted, but the wrong order turned up. They then sent another wrong order and it turns out that there is a coding error (I think?) but the customer service today has been really quick and offered to fix it and confirmed exactly the right model. Could not have asked for better service than from Selina. Fingers crossed it works out!

Ordered two retriever decorations for us and a border terrier and dachshund for our friends. Absolutely delighted with them, would 100% recommend.

Bought a tree decoration which was reasonably priced, not cheap, but thought the delivery charge was too much. It weighs nothing,would cost as much as a normal letter to post.
