Made use of the 241 on their decorations. I’ve used them before for gifts so knew the quality was ok. Reasonably priced on the deal. I also ordered a Christmas decoration which arrived damaged but was replaced quickly with an alternative.

I had ordered two Christmas decorations, I never received my order. I wrote to them and they were so not useful. They sent me a tracking number that says the order was delivered, but there is no information about the original address the package was sent to or who it was delivered too so this tracking number could belong to anything. This is a big scam, do not order from this place!

I needed a personalised gift for a friend that I needed that same week. The staff at crafty giraffe were so accommodating and replied incredibly fast to my requests and got my order out to me in the promised time frame. Will definitely be purchasing from them again so glad I found them, thank you Crafty Giraffe team!!!!

Surprise: 9€ of customs fees for a 14€ item.
The parcels are sent to France without even considering the customs fees so we pay a fine.
Very disappointing.
And the price of the article went from 14 to 7€, from simple to double!

Arrived a few days after ordering and look exactly like they do on the website. So pleased with them!

I ordered 10 dog and cats decorations for my customers for this Christmas and they are fantastic. Love them.
Just to be aware that they are in UK so outside you will have customs.
Fast delivery.

Great value gifts beautifully boxed I would definitely recommend

I always have a pleasure using Crafty Giraffe. On my recent orders I purchased 3x the same card, and on the delivery only 1 was sent. I believe this was an easy mistake to make, so on my next purchase I put a note that said “2x Happy Clucking Birthday cards were accidentally missed from previous order” - they included the 2 missing cards in my new order for no extra charge. My friends and family who receive these cards always laugh and love them - I get ALL my greeting cards here and will continue to do so!

I ordered a bookmark - it needed replacing. However, customer service were great and sent a new one within 48 hours. Great service and bookmark is great quality. I would recommend.

I ordered 2 key rings that had wording already and I had to provide receivers name and senders name so I thought. Key rings arrived on time but with no wording??? What would be the point in me ordering them in the first place?? just to add name and from?? The company refuses to issue refund so be careful when ordering something personalised. False advertising if you ask me, so you know I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Beautiful products and fantastic customer service. Unfortunately one of my egg boards arrived damaged. I emailed customer services and on the same day they arranged a replacement to be made and sent out. It’s beautiful and love how quickly this company sorted out the issue. Brilliant company and beautiful products.

I have just received 5 keyrings, 2 egg boards and 4 egg cups. They have arrived really quickly, and I am delighted with all of them. Will definitely use this company more in the future.

Ordered the breakfast boards for our family. They arrived in good time. Unfortunately there was a mistake, but my email was responded to quickly and I received a replacement the following week. Although it seems Royal Mail were having a kick about with the parcel, and the board was damaged; again my email was replied to quickly and a replacement being sent out.

I bought a card around this time last year, I still haven’t received anything and I never got my money back. I’d emailed them a few times but they were useless so in the end I gave up. If I’d have kept at it I probably would’ve gotten my money back or something but honestly wasn’t worth it as they just weren’t great. The idea of the card was cute tho, shame that I never got it.

Ordered two personalised Christmas decorations in the shape of rabbits for my grandchildren and they are lovely. The items are not only well made but come in little boxes which was lovely to hand over and will of course be perfect storage throughout the year.
