I ordered 2 engraved tree ornaments and they are so beautiful!! Great quality and unique!!

Horrible customer service. Spent over $100 in the beginning of October and still haven’t received them. Keep being told they are shipped but they won’t provide a tracking number and now won’t replace or fix this issue.....and just tell me to wait....

I'm absolutely chuffed with my personalised guinea pig Christmas tree decorations! They're beautifully made for a very reasonable price. Shipping took a little while longer than I expected but they were worth the wait. Really impressed and would definitely order from them again!

Placed an order for a number of different personalised Christmas tree decorations while they were on offer. Even though we are in lockdown, they arrived very quickly. I was kept informed by email at every stage of the process too. The decorations are lovely - I will be ordering more for other friends now!

Unbelievable communication with this business. I had a reply within 1 day when I asked what my rough delivery date would be and with Christmas coming, I can imagine how busy this company is! So to get a reply that quick is amazing. I'm absolutely in love with my decorations. I moved out of my parents home and also left the 2 dogs too! So I now have a piece of them on my tree for Christmas :) thank you!

Recently bought wooden Christmas decorations featuring our dog (Basset Fauve de Bretagne) - very good quality and nicely packaged. Definitely recommend. We were really delighted to find somewhere that illustrates lesser known breeds of dogs.

I ordered some horse and cat personalised hangers recently in the BOGOF sale and I’m actually pretty pleased!! They are fairly small and thin but very neatly done and look really cute - I’m looking forward to gifting these. They make a lovely thoughtful little present and I would be happy to order more whilst they are half price. They arrived pretty quickly too - overall a very happy customer!

Ordered Dippy egg boards for my two Grandaughters as a surprise for them. They arrived really quickly and they are thrilled with them. They arrived in time for breakfast this morning. As we are in lockdown I haven't actually laid eyes on them but my Son says they are a really nice size and good quality. Thank you very much for such an excellent service.
