Very poor company service. I am afraid I would never use them again and would suggest there are many companies that provide similar services that have better practices.

I ordered Christmas tree decorations, when they arrived one was broken and I emailed to explain. They promptly sent another out. Customer service was great and gift quality was lovely.

I ordered on the 1st of Feb for a valentines card. I waited 7 days before contacting them to ask where it was. I was told it takes up to 14 working days to arrive! What a joke. The card still hasn't arrived and no response from customer services.

Came quickly and the card looked exactly as described. Really cute and in plenty of time for Valentines Day!

I only ordered a birthday card but it arrived within a few days and is good quality. Nice fun and quirky cards.

I wish I had read the reviews on here first. I'd suggest not ordering Christmas decorations from here if you are looking for a gift for someone. The quality is too poor to gift these items to someone. I've just received my order after a 2 week wait and I am really disappointed in the quality. It looks cheap. The wood is thin and needs sanded. It looks like it was cut from a bit of old scrap wood that had been used to block up a window. I don't understand the reviews below that say it came in a nice box. Mine came in a cheap paper bag that you'd put sweets in. I'll need to look for another gift now as I'm too embarrassed to give this to who it was intended for.

Ordered a personalised mug. Order took three weeks to arrive despite the original dispatch date on ordering stating delivery in one week. Once the mug did arrive the handle was smashed to pieces. The packaging was not great, one small piece of bubble wrap in a card box. Emailed a photo to the company and asked for a full refund.

I wish I had read reviews. I ordered 3 Christmas tree ornaments for gifts. I will not be gifting them as I would be embarrassed to do so. They are so poor quality and not worth £5.95 each.

I am very confused by all the positive comments I see here about the "Beautiful hand crafted ornaments" and the lovely box they came in. I ordered 2 as gifts for friends and they came together in a paper bag. The rough, cut out, thin wood ornaments looked like something my kids might have made at home with their toy wood burning kit. I will definitely not be giving these to my friends.

Ordered two Christmas tree remembrance decorations. Came in a lovely box, excellent quality, good shipping times. Nice way to treasure loved ones.

I just got my order and I am so pleased with it! I had one made for my current dog and for my dog who passed away and both of them look very much like my dogs! I’m so excited to have them for my tree this year! Packaging was nice and shipping time wasn’t bad!

Beautiful product, exactly as described and shown on the website. Bought the dog breed Christmas tree decorations (one of my Jack Russell and one of my Rhodesian Ridgeback) whilst on the BOGOF offer so a great price. Very speedy delivery and well packaged. Can't say a bad thing about the product or the company. I will definitely be using them again to get some decorations of my cats too. Thank you!

Customer service was spot on, when items arrived one of my decorations had been damaged in transit, next day I received a replacement. The decorations were beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for a better representation of our family pets, past and present.

These are beautifully crafted & I ordered 2 on this deal. Unfortunately 1 had the incorrect inscription on. Upon querying it, TheCraftyGiraffe were quick to respond and were. very apologetic, promising to replace it, however 3 wks later, this hasn’t arrived. I was advised that they were sorry but they did send it, but cannot provide proof of postage so there is no way for me to locate/claim it through the post office. They will not send another one - I just wanted what I ordered, not asking for a refund even. Their website suggests a process for items that are not correct and another for those not received, so it seems unfair that they will not act in accordance with their own advertised protocols. I have one very happy relative and his sibling will be most upset that she will not have one with the right details. It is such a shame because they really are beautiful products, but the true test of good service is how companies respond when there are problems. I could not find a way to post a review as testimonials seem to be uploaded by the company only on their website, which only seems to allow positive feedback. I have raised a case for TS with CAB, but wanted to post something to alert others to this potential pitfall. I honestly hope no one else experiences this & I am sure it is not a common occurrence, I am simply upset at the unwillingness to rectify the situation 😔
