Cancelled the dd through my bank and they still took the subscription, tried to contact them via email, Facebook and no answer, disgusting!

TheCraftyMe no longer exists

TheCraftyMe no longer exists but they are still defrauding people out of subscription payments. For the second year running they have taken money on my bank card - which I now have to go to my bank and report as fraud.

I have not used this site for a couple…

I have not used this site for a couple of years (not that I had any sales)! & as far as I was aware, I had cancelled my account. However, they still take the £20 a year out for the subscription. I can't find their website now to sort this out. They must be making thousands from people like me as I know it has happened to many other people. AVOID

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace. Beware of going anywhere near them. They don’t respond to emails, the help section on their site doesn’t work. Just appalling. Why can’t we give zero stars??
They will not accept that you want to cancel, I’m just on my phone reporting them for fraud with Lloyds bank. 2 years running I’ve had them take money from me when I had told them very clearly to cancel. This year I will persist until I get someone to listen to me. I won’t give up

They are thieves

They are thieves. I tried to cancel my subscription but they have not responded. They have taken my money. I have no way of contacting them as the website links do not work. They are scammers and I am still trying to get my £20 refund.

EDIT: Refund has now been issued.

How is this site still open?

How is this site still open?! I cancelled my yearly subscription at the beginning of the month. I have just been charged for another year?! Have contacted customer service twice and no response! That is theft! Thieving b******s!!
I want my money back!!
Avoid like the plague!!

If i could give this site zero rating i would dont waste your time or money. Their customer service is useless they never reply to your messages & when they do it is weeks after you write to them. If you want to run a business dont use them. I cant close my account as i cant find the option on my account so my account is just sitting open after contacting them months ago to close it & the ticket mysteriously disappeared. Dont waste your time or money you could never run a business with them. well not if you want to make money. I give Craftyme ZERO RATING dont bother

Best save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Craftyme is advertising unlimited product listings - but I cannot upload any images to create new product listings.

I have tried raising a support ticket, but their tool doesn't work. I have tried contacting them on Facebook - the post is just sitting there in draft, waiting for their moderators to see it.

The level of traffic on my existing listings isn't good either and I've never sold anything through their site.

Save your time and effort and ignore this company.

Cancelled my Subscription NOT WORTH IT!!

Cancelled my Subscription. Was not worth it at all. I have had over 50+ orders on my Etsy but on here I've had nothing all year and had no traffic either.Website loads unbelievably slow compared to other selling websites.

I was hoping this was going to be something big and exciting but I was disappointed.

Zero absolutely zero care or consideration given to their subscribers. Never reply to queries either via their support system on the page or Facebook messages.
Does zero promotion of the subscribers stores and overall a total unprofessional organisation. Steer well clear....

Not very happy and will probably have no chance of getting a much needed £40 back 😭

Terrible

Terrible, steer clear. Not a good site for lots of reasons. They tried to take my subscription on a card that had been cancelled. I straight away contacted them and told them to take me off their list I wasn’t interested. A few days later they somehow managed to take my £40 subscription. I’ve contacted them and been given low priority. I’ve told them I want the account cancelled and my money back. I have very little hope they’ll even answer the raised tickets. DONT GO NEAR THEM!!
Really, just don’t.

If I could give a negative number of…

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. I have had no response to my tickets raising issues, they have just been cancelled. There is absolutely no advertising of this site and no support. My advise is; DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. I fear they are going to take renewal payment from my account and what I really want is a full refund.
