Absolutely stunning painting from lilac and muse. I adore it vibrant and perfectly represents me and my family.

Terrible experience- very unhappy! I had £40 renewal subscription taken out of my bank account with absolutely no notice in writing prior, which is required.
The renewal notice was not sent to my email until 6 hours after they took the money from my account, and only a few hours after I queried why I had not received a renewal notice. There was definitely no renewal notice anywhere and I check my junk folder daily.
They then sent the renewal notice (with a blank date for the renewal date) a couple of hours after I sent the first E-mail about it.
The renewal notice that was sent, also stated £20 renewal yet they took £40.
Will definitely not use them again.

I have had the account for 1 week. The trial period has ended, the money has been paid, my support ticket has been ignored, the facebook group and messenger service has not been responded to. The website is slow to load, has frequent issues loading pictures and logos, and I am a seller. When I look at others peoples pages to purchase I get just as frustrated by the speed issues and lack of attention to detail to run a good service. I note this is a 1 week only setup and my review MAY change if my support tickets are responded to and actioned.

Easy to sign up. I played around with settings and adding/editing products until I was sure I knew what I was doing.( I used another account to check listing etc) Now I'm just waiting to add more stock over the next few weeks and hopefully make my first sale. Does need further promotion though as none of my friends had heard of it 🤔 which is why only the 4 stars.

I have found it easy to set up my shop on the website and imported my items from etsy which thecrafteme.co.uk did for me. I did the week free trial which helped me set up my shop and have now signed for a years subscription. I am hoping sales may come soon.

I looked at several on line craft outlets which are appearing at the moment and decided thecraftyme was the best for me. I found it quite easy to setup my shop and any questions I had were quickly resolved. I am now waiting for an answer to another query which no doubt will be forthcoming shortly. I am pleased I chose thecraftyme as an outlet for my products

Was easy to set up once I got into it. The fact that you pay a subscription and what you make is yours is brilliant. They're there to help when you need it.

Really really pleased with my squirrel picnic bench the quality is amazing will recommend to all fantastic quick service thank you just love it no squirrels yet but looks amazing but did only put up yesterday lol

Website easy to use, followed the simple steps to sign up for becoming a seller with them. Received great electronic communications from them & am happily listing items to sell.

HOW DİD YOU GET MY CARD DETAILS AND WHY ARE YOU STILL TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY CARD I NEVER GAVE YOU THEM.

I HAVE REPORTED IT TO MY BANK AND ALSO TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT!!!!

This is the first time I'd bought something through thecraftyme, so wasn't sure what to expect. However it was really straightforward and easy to do, not too complicated and easy to contact the seller too with any questions I had. Really pleased I've found this site and will definitely be using again.
