Let's say this bank is almost like a monobank in Ukraine 🇺🇦. We are waiting for plastic cards and the full work of all transactions.

I wish I can give 10 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The customer services are the best and they respond immediately, although my credit limit given is low. I made a payment for electric jack in march and didn't receive anything until when I got a pouch of manicure sets late April. After complaint, my fund was reversed within 2 day. This review should have been sent since then, but it's not too late. Always nice experiences with them

Having gone through a lengthy procedure I was offered credit of £250. My credit rating is over 900 so clearly there is an error. They refused to investigate or explain or even let me speak to a real person. If they can't get it right on day one, what hope is there for the future?

After some thought I now believe this company is a SCAM. They offer ludicrously low credit and try to get you to pre-load your card. So not really a credit card at all.

Either that or they have taken my data for some other reason. I certainly don't need a £250 credit card.

Wonderful staff Anastasiia helped me when I was trying to transfer money. Every time I have needed help,, the staff have been more than helpful and sorted it very quickly. I am just waiting now when they will begin to issue physical cards again. However, the help they have provided is amazing!

I had to give one star when I should of given 0. My account had a temporary block put on it which they won't tell me why. Then I was stranded in the petrol station for 2 hours with fuel I couldn't pay for. I have no electric no gas and cannot pay any bills due to this block. They have had all my evidence which was 3 months bank statements.
My son is severely disabled and requires a pump to be fed which hooks up to an electrical outlet. Due to having NO electric I cannot feed my son. I have have had to go somewhere else to try and feed him and use their electric.
It's a sham. It really is. Asking em for a bank statement for July when my bank statements gets processed on the 3rd of each month, therfore rhe next one would be processed on the 3rd August. Done everything they have asked but still won't unlock my account without julys statement which DOES NOT EXCIST.
