my friend referred me and i followed all the instructions but we didnt receive our bonus. after contacting customer support i felt that the person didnt have a clear understanding of english.a while later i received an email saying they have manually added my bonus.i then referred my partner, they took all his details and id and then said they wanted to call him.when they called him you could hear laughing in the back ground and felt as though it was a scam.i then tried to withdraw my bonus and the money hasnt been transferred so in all very unprofessional.

Hello, I am from Ukraine. And I have already noticed that there is a problem with the banking system in Great Britain. But not this bank! The staff works very quickly here, everything is very fast, and most importantly - online! You do not need to fill out many different documents and then wait for years for letters 😅 I issued a card in a couple of minutes, and then received a bonus of 10 pounds😊

Honest opinion
I have been with credit thing for quite a few years now , back then they were called “koto” Wich personally i prefer that name then the newer one, they have helped me a lot and i was first given a credit limit of £350 but that increased to £850 as time went on. Today i closed my account as I don't need the credit anymore and they were trying to persuade me to stay but managed to close in the end. I would recommend!
