the transfer of money was quick and…
the transfer of money was quick and easy but I have not had confirmation from the recipients as to when they received the money. As English is not their first language I suspect that is the reason as the first transfer happened very well.

Poor exchange rates when you factor in delivery costs.
What a con .I exchanged pounds for euros. Exchange rate seems good at first , but when you factor in the delivery cost , its one of the worst.
Very poor visibility of delivery costs.
Nearly £16 to post currency within UK , when I can get it posted special insured delivery from the post office for less than £7.!Ridiculous
They also keep in your account the additional money you have deposited when the round up the currency to the nearest 5 or 10 euros. Money which I will never get back based on this experience.

I would recommend this company to any…
I would recommend this company to any one who wants to convert between foreign currencies ( not for a large sum, but 1000-10000 sterling) on a regular or ad-hoc bases. the reason being it is very easy and quick and you can decide regardless of what time you wanted to do the exchange. There transfer service is very quick and more efficient. I have used it for last 3 years and about 90% of the time there service is excellent.

I regularly use the service to get a good rate of exchange.
I regularly use the service to get a good rate of exchange and prompt delivery on day of my choice.
My only slight reservation is that I never find navigating the website quite transparent and intuitively obvious; always seem to need two or three tries before I end up getting what I want. But this may be simply because I'm 85 and possibly not completely computer savvy!!
