Quick and easy
Have just signed up to "The currency account" and, like some others, was a little unsure of what would happen when I deposited funds with an unknown entity.
I need not have worried. The transaction from GBP to Euros for my travel funds was quick and easy and the rate better than others. The charges are not excessive. I ordered on Friday morning for delivery on Monday. I was surprised that they arrived on Saturday morning!
Not having tried the bank transfer side of things, I can not comment on that.
The only downside was that the link to Trust Pilot in the email sent to me was blocked by my Anti-virus software (Kaspersky) as a phishing site. Maybe something for both you and trust pilot to look into.
Otherwise, no problems at all, would recommend to anyone and I will use again when required.

Great service
I was initially uncertain about paying into the account before I could exchange my money but I have used the service for a couple of years now and can not fault it. I like the way I can watch the price in real time and choose when to buy. The level of contact is excellent and the money is always there on time. I know there are fees but I have no hesitation in recommending this site to anyone who is internet savvy.

Brilliant, have tried a few others but with TCA you get the actual rate of the day and know exactly the transaction fee you will pay....whereas with others I was not getting the rate of the day snd still paying a transaction fee.
