Couldn't be better. We rang them twice and the quality of explanations was excellent adding things no-one else had explained. As for the deal, although they charge a fee, their exchange rate wa so good it was the best deal. Finally, the web site was intuitive and the transfer went smoothly within a day. If I have a criticism, it's better to put the fee in your wallet before you make the conversion into the target currency to save even more money - it's obvious afterwards but easy to forget beforehand as we did, and it would help if their site made this more clear.

Fast and accurate service. Only feedback would be to provide some help prompts on the web site for those of us 'first time users' that are not so on-line form saavy. However, was simple when explained by a member of the customer service team. Brilliant - a real person straight away who was fantastically helpful. 100% recommend!

Exchange Rate worsening.
I have been using the service for some time now and have made many transactions. The service is excellent, but when I started (soon after launch) the exchange rate was almost identical to the 'Pure' exchange rate quoted in financial publications. However, it has drifted over time and is now approx. 1% off the 'pure' rate, which, when added to the transfer fee, means that the service is not as attractive as it used to be from a financial perspective. At the time of launch, the exchange rate was the best on the market - I will be checking to see if that is still the case before using the service again

I have to say I was a bit dubious at first, and then my nephew reviewed you and advised that the reviews he had read rated you highly. I had to place a cll in the end (due to my ignorance) and the service was excellent. I was set up and my money delivered in 24 hours at no charge. You also offered the best exchange rate for where i was travelling too. Can't rate you highly enough.

Great Service!
Does what it says on the tin. Royal Mail Special Delivery did not arrive next day but currency was despatched on time so just think twice about ordering if you're not allowing an extra day for Royal Mail to deliver.

I id think in general the service was good, but the delivery charge was huge more than was led to believe, i will use other company in future, whilst $1,32 is great it nets too $1.29 which i can get everywhere!!

Poor service I thought
Poor service I thought, I used it because The Currency Account gave £50 donation to a charity. I purchased the £50 in a silent auction and then found out I needed to spend £10 to actually retrieve the £50!!
On top of that you can only get the currency delivered to your home address which isn't suitable for the majority of people who work away from home (unless you want a Saturday delivery and pay more than £10!)
