My family and I have used Richard for all our plumbing needs for many years now (15+) - His prices have always been fair and workmanship is always top drawer! In the event he has been unable to assist in an emergency due to existing work commitments, he has always provided detailed support over the phone to help. Would highly recommend him and his business to anyone.

Richard completed the plumbing works for my new kitchen. He removed all the old pipework and installed all new to the plans. He squeezed us in so not to hold up the kitchen fitter. His work was to a high standard and cleaned up after. Good work as always.

Richard contacted us directly via a post on a Facebook Community page asking about plumbers to sort out some minor plumbing issues. He was able to come out that afternoon to assess the job and give us a quote, then came back the following day to do the job. He was punctual, wore a mask, as requested, and completed the work quicker than expected and to a high standard and at a very reasonable price.
Would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

Richard replaced our kitchen tap which had been dripping for over a year. We had been let down multiple times by other plumbers but Richard came out to us within a week and arrived at the agreed time. Quick, friendly and most importantly did the job.

As a landlord in the current climate, it’s important to have good reliable tradesmen on hand. Rich has been my plumber for more years than I can remember. He does all my Certificates. Reliable, trustworthy honest, efficient and very reasonably priced. What more do you want. I was glad to hear that he will still be working in Dorset while moving his family to lovely Devon. Typically well thought out sensible move by him.

Rich has done many jobs for us in the past . He fitted our boiler and bathroom , everyone compliments how nice the bathroom is .all the work has been to such high standards . He's tidy ,prompt and reliable , we've recommended him to all our family and friends . It's been nice to have a decent plumber who fills us with confidence !

Rich was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He provided a prompt and competitive quote and I am really pleased with the finished result. I had my old old boiler removed and replaced with a new one including installation of thermostatic radiator valves. During the work Rich took the time to consider the boiler and pipe location to fit in with our new kitchen design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

Richard did a big job for us 3 years ago, two bathrooms fitted, new radiators and a combi boiler installed. All done In just over a week, very clean and tidy work, no issue's to this day, and had compliments from friends on how tidy it looks. He did a fabulous job :)

Couldn’t ask for a better job! Rich is 100% reliable and trustworthy. He removed our old oil boiler system and fitted a new gas combi boiler. Rich was very knowledgeable and happy to give advice, he left his work space spotless and you can tell how much he cares about the job he does. Definitely recommend and would use again!

Would thoroughly recommend Rich to anyone for their plumbing needs. Rich completed a boiler replacement and relocation for us and did a fantastic job. Our house is of cobb construction, which he worked around perfectly. Endless comments from friends and family regarding the quality of the pipework! Rich is friendly, reliable and dependable; and absolutely meticulous in his work.

Richard has done several jobs for us in recent years including replacement of inefficient old radiators, rerouting of an extensive section of cold water pipework, fitting of a 3-way kitchen tap, replacement of a motorised 3-way valve and installation of a hive wireless heating controller. He is a very knowledgeable, skilled and professional heating engineer and a tidy and efficient worker who is always courteous and dependable. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Richard has completed a number off Gas and General plumbing jobs for me over the years. This includes hanging radiators, installing electric shower and completing gas safety checks on boilers.
