Dice shop always delivery the best.
Very happy with the products, good quality, fare price, delivery with care.

Purchased some items on the website, however there was a glitch when I paid, and so I don't believe the order went through successfully, despite the money leaving my account (not held in 'pending'). I tried to contact using the websites Contact form, however for some reason this also doesn't work?

I sent an email, and have not received a response, not even an acknowledgement.

Poor service, impossible to get hold of, and of course, I don't have what I paid for.

Absolute scam.
I'm out £50 because DiceShop's chosen courier failed to put my package in a secure location (assuming they delivered it at all, the image they provided wasn't clear at all). I contacted DiceShop support and they stopped replying after pointing the finger at their courier.
Avoid avoid avoid.

Here are the following details of why the DiceShop is wrong in their update (they claim they've emailed me 'several times', but they have failed to do so). Here's the timeline and hassle everybody:

31st april - diceshop auto order email
4th april - my email saying royal mail sent conflicting delivery messages
7th april - sales response from K about delivery (saying RoyalMail delivered it, and shared their vague image of multiple packages - none that ended up with me -- I checked their later that day)
7th april - my response to K about RM's picture of many packages; I only ordered one, I suspect Royal Mail made a mistake, especially since they got their delivery dates wrong)

12th April- I made this review as there was no package and no resolution,
12th April - Your initial response on TrustPilot

22nd April - Your update to say you’re emailing me with no success. Which means you’re a either liar, or you’re emailing the wrong person.

TLDR: This is likely a failed delivery by your courier, yet your lack of email responses and pointing the finger at the customer shows you don’t give a hoot about whether your customers actually get the product.

So again, I've lost money and both RM and DiceShop have made false claims to me.
Buyer beware.

Andrew was a delight to work with, he was quickly to respond, very helpful, and he even went out of his way to make me two certificates of authenticity even though that is not normally something they do. Their selection was also great, and the shipping time so far looks incredible as well, I am still waiting on my dice but am very excited! They were bought as a birthday gift and I know they will love them!

Really happy with my purchase came in a timely manner and the dice themselves are beautiful and fab quality!

Top quality products and Great customer service

There was a problem with one shipment and the response from them took a little while but they resent a new package and I got the goods. In the end: all good.

The customer services on enquiring about a missing order were excellent, swiftly replying. I'm still not sure about what happened to my original dispatch email but with the photo of delivery they provided I was able to locate my item, and I'm very impressed with the quality.

Amazing dice collection, easy to navigate through. The dice purchased are beautiful as expected, I can't wait roll some crit.
The standard shipment took 20 days to arrive to Italy. I would implement a tracking service also for international shipments, as it was unaccessible to me.
However, customer assistance replied immediately and efficiently.
Strongly recommended.

In November I went to comic con and purchased a metal fob watch with mini dice as a Christmas present. It was a busy event and I didn’t think to count the contents (I should have as I am sure many people will have opened it for a look - and the dice are small). When the gift was opened we realised there was a dice missing. I sent a message to see if there was a way to replace the missing dice. I received a reply asking me to confirm the colour and my address. A replacement was posted to me. I will definitely make purchases again in the future.

Overseas buyer here, I ordered 3 weird dice: an 18-sided, 24-sided, and 36-sided die, because this awesome online shop is the perfect place to buy some!
The 36 and 18-sided are awesome, I'll definitely be using them. No complaints there. However, the 24-sided die (GameScience Gem Ruby & White Ink D24 Dice) was not labeled as hand-painted, and the coloring is a little messy on 5 of the sides. I've only looked into sharp-edged dice after it's arrived, and recognize that it's mostly my fault for not expecting the hand-painting, but would love if, in the future, such sharp-edged dice were clarified to be handpainted. (such as the very-much appreciated warning that there would be a rough corner as a result of being broken from the sprue)
Really, my nitpick with the service itself is that it took six days to get my order of 3 dice in the mail. I'm sure around the holiday season, and with the 20% off sale, business workings are sure to slow down a little bit, but six days for three dice seems a little indefensible. So that's where my one star off came from.
Overall great service, and perfect for my unusual dice needs.

It was not my first purchase at TheDiceShopOnline, but my first experience with an enquiry. And I have to say: They answered quickly, the contact was extremely friendly and helpful, the dice were packed safely - and now I'm holding one of my absolute favourite dice sets which I didn't expect to find anywhere!!!
I can absolutely recommend this shop.

The order was marked as dispatched on the website, but there was no tracking information available at first, even with Royal Mail Standard Airmail, which caused some uncertainty.

That said, Katharine from customer service responded quickly and kindly, clearly explaining the situation and providing the shipping details. Her support made the experience much more reassuring.

Returning customer. This time I enquired before buying. Great customer service. Quite simply the widest range of dice in the UK at amazing prices.

I've always had good experience with the staff at The Dice Shop. Customer service questions are answered in good time, the quality of their products keep me coming back to them, packaged securely, and delivery charges are reasonable.

The Dice Shop has great and unusual products. When one of my items was backordered, they let me know it would be late. Everything arrived in great condition.
