I was looking for something very specific, but couldn't find it on the website, so I wrote in to see if there was a product available. I received a prompt reply the next business day with a detailed list of all the products offered that met my specifications and I was able to submit my order immediately.

Katharine was super helpful with my enquiry and even sent over pictures so I knew that I wasn’t looking at the dice wrong. The team is great and super fast delivery, I’ll be back.

Outstanding customer care and for such a small order. I had a query about a product and I got an answer with a link to the webpage I needed very quickly. The info wasn't quite enough to be sure but a follow-up query resolved that in no time and TheDiceShopOnline updated their website so it was very clear for other customers.
They followed up on my enquiry, checking if I'd found what I wanted. They followed the delivery right through to the end. I've had a great experience all round.

Staff was very responsive to my needs on a large dice purchase for a trade show give-away. The shipment to the US was well documented along the way with notification emails sent to me at every step of my packages journey.

Found them with a Google search. Was intrigued by the strapline of the largest collection of dice in the UK and oh my god they are right.
There is literally something for everyone and it wasn't long till I had what I needed and also something extra for my friend.

The Online Dice Shop kindly brought some dice along to Tabletop Scotland in Edinburgh. Dice they would not usually sell at an event like this. I really appreciate them going out of their way to accommodate me. The dice themselves are absolutely perfect.

The order took some time to arrive in our country but the Dice Shop Online support team was very helpful to track the order and send us detailed information. In the end we received the order in good shape, with all the dice with excelent quality.

Custom services are terrible, I've been trying to contact them for several weeks about a failed product (I'm not even asking for a replacement, just advice on how to get a Gemstone Spinner fixed.) and have heard nothing back from them either via the webform or directly emailing them)
I love the spinner but it was not cheep and I'm very disappointed

Have bought many dice from this company before, all excellent quality and well balanced. I had a small issue with one of my spinners and I can honestly say I’ve had one of the best customer experiences from this place. All sorted without any fuss and really great interaction.

Have ordered from this company many times with no issues whatsoever. On my most recent order I ran into a technical issue and the customer service team were a great help getting it sorted.

I made a mistake with my order (entirely my fault!) so I emailed to amend the order. Katharine almost immediately replied, was very understanding and straight away offered a solution. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I love DiceShopOnline! This was my second order from them, it would be more but I am not based in the UK so shipping gets to be a bit expensive. They were the first shop that I purchased a polyset from in about 2017, I returned to order a specialty item (inflatable d20) earlier this year. I have never had an issue with the website, products, or communications.
