Excellent customer service, prompt response to question about order. Love the selection, couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere else. The site feels a bit dated, but filtering through to find exactly what you need is much easier than any other site I've tried, and that includes Amazon!

Excellent service. I made a mess of my order specifying the wrong things. The Dice Shop could not have been more helpful in allowing me to correct it.

The customer service was really good, it took a while to deliver the product but the customs are to blame for that, not the shop itself. When I shot an e-mail, I got a reply immediately the next day, so 5/5 for that.
The product, however, is not of the greatest quality. I ordered an iridescent d100, and while the picture is pretty faithful to the actual product, the die arrived with several defects (scratches of unknown origin). It is also a bit smaller and way lighter than the photo and description would suggest. Haven't had a chance to test it in action, as it is a gift for my party's wild magic sorcerer, but I'm sure she will love it nonetheless.

Good prices and very helpful support staff. I miss ordered and they cancelled my order without hassle. The missing star is because the only contact on the website (that I could find) is email. Email's fine and worked for me but it would have been quicker to get it sorted over the phone.

First time ordering on this site. Everything is great. Support responds within 24 hours. The order arrived intact. They deliver directly all over the world. Also a plus. The only wish is that I would like to see a cardboard box for my orders, not a bag. That's probably all. Thank you for being there!

Package arrived just before Christmas and the d4 of one set as well as the tin of another were badly damaged. The Dice Shop Online responded to my email as soon as they were open and sent one by special delivery so that it would arrive before Christmas with no quibbling. The Dice themselves are always of extremely high quality, they look beautiful and always roll true. We will definitely shop here again.

Your dice quality is excellent, i have already bought from you 2 times and my girlfriend once, and your support personnel are also very good and helpful. Our problem is this. None of us has gotten the tracking number, i have had to ask for it both times i ordered. You should fix it, it might be a software problem, or the person responsible, either way it's annoying and the reason you don't get 5stars from me.
