Great product and communication throughout

Great company, I have placed multiple orders.

On one instance, I had to contact their customer services. I got a speedy reply, with a very thorough answer and they followed up to make sure everything was resolved.

I won't hesitate to recommend them.

They were open to discussion and took the time to propose solutions to my specific needs. They were helpful, professional, sincere, and accommodated me, a rather eccentric customer. I enjoy shopping at The Dice Shop Online. They have a vast selection and will help you navigate it. They are not fazed by strange or problematized requests. Engagement was polite, prompt, and they ensured I was satisfied.

I placed my first ever order yesterday for some backgammon supplies.

I wanted something I didn't see on the website and only found once I'd placed the order - I emailed to see if the items could be added to the order so that I wouldn't have to suffer delivery charges twice.

Although they couldn't be added to the order, Katharine was excellent in advising an immediate cancellation and refund so that I could place the corrected order.

I received notification of the refund before I'd even finished typing the new order - amazing!

I look forward to using The Dice Shop lots more in the future.

Recently ordered for the first time. I forgot to add discount code, I mailed, had prompt reply, explaining how this could be rectified. Was kept informed as to my order and it arrived within the 48 hours time slot. Great and friendly service.

In general I like the company. Good communication, solid ordering.
Specifically I needed aid in our postal service that had inconclusive tracking. Good help from The Dice Shop while they already did well.

Great customer service and excellent products well made and designed

Having bought some cheap dice from Amazon, and not being too impressed by their smaller than average size and weight, I decided to use The Dice Shop to get some Roll 4 Initiative dice.
I was being a bit awkward and changed my mind a few times, but I did get some good answers.
I’m keen to try their own product especially the mystery metal dice!
That said, the lack of a telephone number is not great and I'd rather not rely on email.
Also, some of the pics on the website for the the Roll 4 Initiative diffusion range look very different going from single D10 pics to a 7 dice set photo. It may be good to have a standard item people may have access to in one of the 7 dice poly pics so that people can asses the colour grading of the photo, given that what the dice look like is 50% of their allure. Red yellow or blue LEGO bricks or some such.

TDSO is my first point of call for anything dice related - they usually have any kooky dice ideas I can think of and always get them delivered in good time!

I contacted these guys to ask for help buying 100 12mm dice in 4 colours as counters for a board game called Twilight Struggle. A very helpful lady entered into an email conversation over a couple of weeks which eventually led to her selecting and linking the dice I required so all I had to do was use the links in her email to buy them. After all this work I only had to spend around £20!
This really was awesome customer service and I would absolutely recommend the Dice Shop to anyone!
The only point I would make is that once a customer finds one colour of dice in the web shop it seems there isn't an easy way to find a second colour of the same sort of dice? Hence the need for my initial email!

I normally deal with 5-6 different sites for gaming supplies & accessories. Of those different shops TDSO is my usual go to choice. I might mention they are the only one out of the US I buy from so shipping costs & shipping time you might expect to be a bit higher & longer. Not at all. Not sure how they do this, but it’s great each time.
I love Chessex dice. TDSO carries the brand. I do grab some Chessex periodically but I don’t buy the Chessex sets here. These sets do not include the storage container or description card that normally comes with it. This is unfortunate because TDSO carries sets other shops do not have. Still i do buy loose Chessex pieces.
That brings me to another point I like about this site. Loose single dice. I completed two sets that had missing dice with my previous orders. I’ve even found some discontinued singles I couldn’t find anywhere else. Overall these guys are great with selection, sales, pricing, shipping speed & above all else excellent in communication. I honestly cannot think of any company with better customer communication than TheDiceShopOnline.
