It's been about 5 months with The Directory Guys and i initially started of on a 5km package top 10 for my city and at first i thought it wasn't enough area but it took a month for me to get there and ever since then i have been in a much better place with my business, really thankful for Samuel for reaching out to me he mentioned it will help and it really does

What I loved most about working with this service is that they took the time to understand my business and my target service, and tailored their approach to it. They also provided me with regular updates on their progress and made sure I was happy with the results

It's a really helpful service to improve my restaurant ranking on google map, I got more orders and calls after ranking higher on google. My restaurant finally is showing up when people are searching for foods!

It’s a scam. I have been with you for TWO YEARS and when I had a few other companies look at my back end, it was awful and had no backlinks or any work done to increase my SEO. It’s a fraud! Won’t even stop charging my visa after I canceled the service.

The directories guys is not trust worthy Company. I have signed up with them for 3 1/2 months with no progress for our company.
They tell you if you’re unsatisfied you can cancel it anytime but unfortunately that’s a lie as well. They will tell you that your account manager has to get in contact with you first in order to cancel. The account manager tried to persuade you to stay with them but when you refuse to they still don’t send you confirmation of your cancellation and charge your credit card again. It’s unfortunate that I have to cancel my credit card so they won’t keep charging me.

Great help. My account manager Sukh helps a lot with suggestions and keeping my page, google friendly and helping me rank higher. Definitely would recommend

What made my experience great with The Directory Guys was the transparency. I was never the kind of guy to do over the phone shopping so I actually came in office and met the team. Dom invited me to see exactly what they do and we had a very informative discussion on how they’d help my hair salon business grow. Saw great results very quickly which surprised me but I was really impressed with the traction I was receiving, and still visit the team every now and then. Greatly recommend them!

Used them for literally a few months for my churro business and I'm top 3 in North York, I got contracts with hotels and even Amazon for their parties. Worked great for me.

I run a painting company in the GTA, I recieve so many calls on a daily and weekly basis about promoting by business online so was skeptical when I was initially approached by The Directory Guys, I was pretty much convinced by the fact there was no contract involved so decided to give them a try it has been almost 6 months now and they have delivered in all aspects, would definitely recommend. Quality service. Prompt, targeted and effective

If I could give a zero I would. They are scammers. I paid for 3 months and no results. They will try to harm your reputation on top of that. This is a complete scam. They promised a 90 days money back guarantee and they won’t give you a penny back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their answer to this review is completely not true. My services are not ranking at all and it wasn’t at 55 days that I asked for the money back garantie. It was at 90 days which was they promised at the beginning of the contract. No refund and no service delivered. Complete waste of hard earned money. Read other reviews before you get trapped in the contract for nothing.

Taking payments from my account without my consent…..This company have taken a payment from my account despite not having used them for nearly a year. This has now been raised with my bank. This is the second time this year and when I reported it on trustpilot they contacted and offered to return the money if I took down the review which honoured but they have just done this again.

Warning!!!!! Be aware of these guys
They ruined my business listing on google and they didn’t fix it for me and they charged me two months on top of that.
The money back guarantee is a big lie, don’t listen to them

It takes a while to get ranking, but if you’re patient, they will get you where you need to be. It always takes at least a year for any of these programs to be effective. These people seem to be doing a lot of work on my program, and I have noticed the results.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!
all the way through talks they talk about increasing your ranking in all 5 or whatever keywords. Ours were already high in 2 keywords so we asked for 5 and said keep the two already high and bring the rest to the top 3 locations.
during talks, in the website (i do not know about fine print somewhere) they tell you about 5 or more keywords and that is guaranteed and then when they get confirmation they fleetingly say one keyword and most of the time they have talked so much with you, you miss it and agree so voila! they have just cheated you
after two months I started sending them emails that it seems you guys can not deliver for the three keywords and I was already high in 1 to 3 for the two so please work harder and they NEVER REPLIED! Why? because they know they have cheated you.
then after several months of emails and no answers, they say it might actually fluctuate and after some months they say it was for one keyword after all!!
PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE

They promise one thing and do another. I was told we would be in the top google ranking for a generic word related to my business. We were in the top with a very specific wording . Not what I asked for or what was agreed upon. When I canceled they pushed another month on me saying that is how they canceled and then tried to continue to bill me. I called to confirm cancellation before the last charge 4 times. I feel scammed. I wouldn't reccomend working with the directory guys to anyone!
