Good value .. fast delivery Wasn’t expecting the nicotine salts to be delivered foc with the nicotine free 100ml oils so that was a pleasant surprise Will use again

Poor

Marked item as dispatched then just refunded me without any explanation. Clearly did not have stock. Surprised to get an email saying I should have received my item and asking for a review to be honest.

It was to be delivered in 3 working…

It was to be delivered in 3 working days but it was actually posted next day but I missed it, but what made this better is, because I missed it they re-posted on Saturday and got it the next morning instead of myself having to get it. And to add the customer service was great they ran out of stock of a certain color vape so they rang me up letting me know and allowed me to choose a new color instead of just sending it out.

Bought a vape

Bought a vape. Brilliant customer service. Didn't fill it properly. My fault as Jane in the Flint shop showed me how to do it. It wasn't working. Took it back to the shop for some advice and she got it working for me. Brilliant customer service from Jane. Will be back at the weekend to buy another one for my partner.
