Received a different product to the one ordered. When raised there was no apology or offer to send out the product I actually ordered because they don’t stock that product (they told me they have no plain 200tc bedding sets, only satin striped sets but the website photos clearly show plain not striped). After various offers to keep the satin striped set with a discount or get a discount on an exchange for a more expensive set (neither of which were acceptable to me as I didn’t trust what I would receive) and having trouble with an invalid returns label, I wrote a review on here and the company contacted me to resolve the issue and have now provided the full refund that I was entitled to and I don’t need to return the product so I have given another star in my review; however, it should not have been this difficult and my experience has been unnecessarily stressful so I cannot give more than this and I need my review to indicate that I would not order from this company again.

Sheet colour delivered was not what was described in WRITING (never mind the pic, they often don't show correct colour) and exactly the colour I did not want - I. E. Bright red instead of Burgundy as described!!!! But would they take it it back & refund me? Nope. They would refund me the postage and that's it!!! So I've kept it, unused, not even removed from it's packaging, & what a total waste of money!!! And resources. Shameful.

I bought a king size duvet for my new property/bedroom. It provided warmth because I was sent the wrong tog but I found the material to be extremely porous and the duvet was constantly leaking feathers leaving my bedroom and property requiring constant cleaning and hoovering. I’ve tried to contact the company for an explanation and/or replacement but I never received a reply. I’ve since had to buy a replacement.

After some negotiations and the company claiming not to have received my initial email they have provided me a 30% refund on my product which I think is fair considering the amount of time that have elapsed. The product was indeed faulty but the albeit delayed customer service has been good.

I have bought here a few times now. There is a notable difference between the 400 t/c and the 800 t/c the former is soft and shiny, but possibly a little fine, the 800 t/c has a nice weight to it and a feeling of quality. I do find that the linens are best ironed damp straight from the wash. I put this down to them being pure cotton with no other fibres to make for easier care.
I had an issue with a sheet seam splitting, I raised this as a quality concern and the sheet was replaced for me swiftly, you can't ask for more. I used the talk to us link at the bottom of the page and they came back to me the next day.
They are pretty keenly priced and you have to take that into account.

Ordered 2 Zero twist bath sheets because in the description they said that they are super soft,amazing quality and 700gsm?!! Let me tell that this sheets are the most horrendous thing that i have ever bought.After the first wash on 30 degrees not even 40 how it was recommended on the label they are ruined! I will use them to wipe my dogs after the wash! Such a waste of money!!! Stay away,do not buy!

I bought tartan flanelette bedding that turned my guest green. Obviously very embarassing!! The bedding is unfit for purpose and therefore should be treated as faulty goods with full refund and huge apologies. They have now accepted that the goods need to be returned and refunded .

Received a damaged product and their returns policy says they'll only accept it back after reviewing photo evidence. However the only contact method is by email which they do not respond to.

They have an online chat bot and also a contact form on their website but responses I received on there also said to contact them by email.

UPDATE: For some reason my emails were not being received by the email address they ask you to use to contact them on so was disappointed that writing a review on here was the only viable way to contact them due to them not having an alternative contact method listed on their website. However in response to this post I did receive a reply from a member of their team who promptly sent me a replacement product which was fine.

Customer service goes out of their way to help, and are very accommodating.
The 800tc Egyptian cotton duvet is brilliant. Very good quality.

The support I had when I ordered a wrong size of bed sheets was outstanding. The team helped me to find the correct pattern and size.

There was a misunderstanding with my order of a duvet set but it was dealt with very promptly and I received many emails and a phone call to make sure I was left a happy customer.

I bought a super king size Hungarian goose duvet …oh my god.. that thing is the most terrible duvet I’ve ever bought. very scratchy,lumpy and makes a lot of noise and not one bit comfortable. I have really regretted buying from this company. I should have looked at reviews on here before making my purchase. I will not be buying anything else or recommend this company.

Advertised and sold mis-described goods. Duvet came 85% duck down and not 86% goose down. Told them what they had done, still waiting for return postage label. Making claim for refund with my bank. Will never buy from them again.

I purchased bamboo mattress size 90/190, 4cm, I got 90/160 size and only 2.5cm thick. Foam was not a foam but a sponge! Similar to what you have for bath. So not what was described. I had to correspond with customer service for weeks providing pictures and finnaly they agreed to accept return, they told me to wait until their system will generate"return label" next week of waiting. The label was Royal Mail, I had to go to Post office to send back this huge boxin oryginał packing ,no home collection. And I paid for home collection when buying item. So I send back, few days later I wrote email with picture of proof sending item,then after few days I got refund. No apologies for mistake they did. Customer service should work faster it took me month to refund while I reported in day after of item was delivered to me(I gave mattress 1 day to go in to his shape but he didn't ). It was not nice to sending complaining emails. They were not answering at beginning hoping that I will resign.If you she happy being person who have to do big effort to get refund go and risk that they will send you something else because refund proces is hard with this shop and not nice experience. I should have read reviews before purchase.

Appalling customer service,my purchased order was delivered incorrectly and have been waiting for a reply to my many queries...The company have been in touch and are sending me my original order with a free pillow.. which is nice.. I'll update again when order arrives...order arrived today all good, and two free pillows after a personal phone call from the company... High praise indeed, impressive and speedy result.. would definitely recommend...

I am completely disappointed with the products!
Bought Egyptian cotton goose feather duvet and goose feather pillow.
There are feathers all over the house. The quality of the material is so poor that the features easily go through it and it's so annoying!
I'd rather give 0 stars if there was such an option.
