Had a problem with my order, (I ordered 1 pillow but received 2 and unfortunately both unusable) after a lot of emails back and forth

I love the feel of the product. Rich, soft, divine. The price more than justifies the purchase. I can happily recommend it to others. 400TC Turbo Duvetset.

Excellent company to do business with and great customer service

I ordered a duvet two months ago. It has never arrived. I have asked for a refund serval times. They just refuse even though they acknowledge it has not been delivered to me. So I will be reclaiming through my credit card. But really an awful experience with this company. Seems like a complete scam. Would never use again or recommend.

I have provided them with the order number. They have not responded and they have still not delivered or refunded. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I was a bit worried after reading so many reviews, but I had been struggling to find a bedding set that I like and finally came across
one on The Egyptian Cotton Company ('vincenza' double in black). It was half price, at £30 ish, so I thought why not. It was shipped the day after I ordered, and arrived within the week. Alot of sets can feel stiff and scratchy before the first wash, but this one didn't.
Overall a pretty good experience. Ill deffo come back the this website when I need more bedding

I received my lovely towel bale yesterday. The colour is absolutely as shown on the website.
I contacted the company on a couple of occasions during transportation. I was concerned that my order had been lost in transit. On both occasions I had a prompt response to my emails with a reassurance that if the shipment had been lost, another would be sent out to me straightaway.
Following the delivery of my parcel, I received another email checking that it had indeed arrived.
So for customer service I cannot rate this company high enough.
As for quality, the towels look and feel beautiful but of course I haven't yet washed them, so am hoping that they live up to my expectations.
But extremely happy so far.😊😊

Don't take notice of the negative reviews on here, this is a genuine family run UK business and they do their best to satisfy their customers. Whatever your issue is just ring them up or email them, you will end up speaking to the main guy who actually helps straight away. The bedding and towels I have from them are fantastic, and you can't go wrong at these prices. Anyone who says otherwise is probably never satisfied with anything in life

Poor quality products, the brand is Gaveno Cavailia which you can buy cheap on Amazon. The plastic packaging came cracked due to poor parcel packaging or it might have been damaged before shipping, we would never know for sure. The seller is a one man band based outside the UK in the UTC+2 time zone. He rents a storage unit in yellow storage in Manchester. Customer service is shocking, emails are poorly worded, returning unwanted and faulty items is almost impossible. The seller was trying to bargain with me and offer a small discount for the faulty item claiming that open items cannot be returned. Well how the hell would you know that something is faulty unless you open it. AVOID this company, spend more with an established firm that will provide you with quality products and good customer service.

Bought the bamboo contour pillow excellent quality at very good price would highly recommend, fast delivery and all questions anwered in relation to the finding the right type of pillow for me. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Ordered 400 turbo Egyptian Cotton Duvet Set and after I received it I found out that is exactly same quality as my last bedding from John Lewis only different is this new bedding is half price can’t wait till I go to my bed.

I have recently bought a pair of duck feather pillows from Egyptian Cotton and they are delightful, super comfy and amazing quality! I have recommended to friends and family and will deffo have some more items from this company. Super quick delivery too.

I have bought a blanket from Egyptian Cotton which was a beautiful product of the best quality, will deffo be buying more items from him. He's a lovely guy too who will advise you on what you want and the best quality and price.

This is the worst company to order from.
So I ordered from here for a Christmas present. Packaging was ripped but also I'd ordered the wrong size. So I ask for a refund and they accept and say when you've sent and we've received we will refund you. On about the 20th of Jan I email to ask where my refund is ask I can see they have received my returned item. They say they sent another product out and I apparently received the in the 18th.
This item never got delivered to me. I asked neighbours, the postmen and others on the street just incase. HOWEVER, why did they apparently send me out a new item? I did not ask for that? There is no proof of them sending out an item as I did not receive one. I speak to them about this and they say they have contacted the post office and if they receive no answer I will be granted my refund within 3 days. Its now been a week. This is ridiculous as the items on here are not cheap! No phone number to contact and speak with anyone. Would never recommend.

Very good customer service. I put a wrong postcode when placing the order, and I only realised it was wrong when Hermes had my parcel…They quickly contacted Hermes, cancel my order and place a new one with the right address. I haven’t received the towels so I will probably write a second review but I think they deserve 5* anyway. I also have been reading some of the reviews… I don’t think they are fair, you can see they tried their best to solve the issue and they proceeded with refunds when needed. Come on…give them a break!.

Avoid at all costs. I read the returns policy before buying but it means nothing! Items missing and won't refund, I want to return an item (due to their misadvertising) but they won't let me return it. Totally unhelpful. Lesson learnt, stick to companies I trust. Update, so they have harassed me since I left this review, offering me a discount if I removed this. They then promised if I returned the item I hadn't ordered they would refund it and pay the postage. I paid to return it Royal Mail tracked and guesz what no refund. Then I tried to put the Duvet cover on my duvet, I ordered a SuperKing they sent me a Kingsize (with the sizing ripped off the packaging) when I told them I had the wrong size i was told it couldn't be returned as it had been opened. How would I know it was the wrong size if no sizing was on the package. I have never had such a horrible shopping experience. I am now hoping my credit card company can get me my £150 back.

Item took a couple of days longer than I expected to arrive, this was down to the courier not the company. When I opened it, only one of the sets were in the parcel. I contacted The Egyptian and they promptly replied and the missed item was sent to me within a couple of days. Impressed with the service and speed in which it was dealt with. Really pleased. Thank you! Good customer service and I would happily buy again from you.

First time I've bought from The Egyptian Cotton. I bought the 'Sparkle Velvet' duvet set in Charcoal, only because I had some vouchers to use. I have been hugely, pleasantly surprised! Give the price I paid, also with a January discount & free delivery, I anticipated it might not be of the best quality but would do for the spare room.

My order arrived promptly & is really lovely & great quality. Nice material that doesn't feel cheap at all & has a lovely, subtle glitter. I'm using it in my master bedroom & will be order another in silver too.

I definitely recommend.

Ordered 2 items from this company.
One was delivered correctly, the other the wrong item was delivered. After a few emails and a telephone call from Mo, we have now sorted out the situation.
So I give 3 stars as there was a bit unnecessary effort needed to return the item and get a refund. But we got there in the end. With a big apology from Mo.

My mattress topper come . I’m very pleased with this item .Also received bath mats and they are brilliant quality.
