Brilliant service, received bedding set within 48hrs of ordering. Will definitely use again

I had an issue at first with receiving the wrong product. Contacted the company straight away and had a good and prompt response. The customer service team did everything to sort out the problem which took a bit of a time but I am very pleased with the outcome.

unfortunately a towel set I had ordered went missing when left by a courier. I contacted the company and they sent out another towel set and kindly added an additional towel to the set. Great customer service.

The towels and the blankets I bought are great, thank you!

Avoid at all costs!
Unfortunately I didn’t check reviews before I ordered a product. I ordered few sets of towels. Few days later I found them outside of my house in broken packaging (completely opened).. after looking inside I just found out that towels packaging was teared as well! I didn’t take it out of that ripped package but you could see the material of towels was so bad- rough and totally see through. I wouldn’t want something like this even as a floor cloth! I contacted this company straight away and I sent them pictures to show in what state this package arrived. They are absolutely awful and rude! They never apologised, they never tried to make it up somehow. They offered a refund but I had to cover £12 of shipping costs!!! That is not my fault that you packed incorrectly or that your delivery company service is disappointing (they use Hermes)!! Customers shouldn’t be paying if the fault is on your side. You should contact Hermes and deal with them. Customers shouldn’t be getting goods in this condition!! And then paying out of their own pocket to return them! It’s ridiculous.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I regret I didn’t go to Homesense or Dunelm or elsewhere, instead of playing these scammers games I could spend my £12 on some nice towel in different place.
It’s nowhere near Egyptian cotton, you will find better quality in Asda so save yourself some pennies and shop somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusting company. Do not order from this company. Been emailing for 2 months about updates on my return order. Provided all evidence of return and got ignored. When calling the company I got called a liar and then had the phone put down on me. Do not risk ordering from this company. Big mistake. Absolutely disgusting treatment and spoken to appalling whilst trying to calmly resolve the issue but continued to be interrupted and called a liar.

I would thoroughly recommend ordering from The Egyptian Cotton Company. Easy to order, quick delivery, lovely quality and a brilliant choice of items. Also, they have impeccable customer service. You will not be disappointed!

Personally I've had a great experience buying my duvet set from Egyptian cotton company and will definitely use them again the quality was fabulous.

After being a guest at a friends house and slept in them bedding, which was luxurious and gave an excellent night’s sleep, I decided to buy a set of Egyptian Cotton 400 Thread Count bedding for myself.

The bedding is of excellent quality. Good buying experience and communication when I telephoned the company with a query before I purchased. The lady operator was very helpful and pleasant.

The bedding arrived within two days of placing my order.

Avoid this company.load of scammers returned both my products they smelt of fish and poor quality...had a call to say the one i had opened to say they found one human hair so will only reimburse for one product.....will not buy from these again... will go back to dunelm at least the staff have good coustomer care training????????????

Absolutely awful towels arrived rough and bleached stains! Returned received their end and still waiting for a refund! Sent endless of emails no reply opened up a PayPal case. Avoid!!!

I think your after service is very bad. I ordered two hand towels and a Loop Bath Mat set. The towels arrived but you wrote on the Invoice 'Out of stock' but you did not return £19.99 to my account. I needed that set but would not be ordering any other items. I included a gratuity at your request. So thank you for the offer. Please return my return payment. I do not want to go to unfair trading.

Had a problem with my initial order which was handled swiftly. Mo gave personal service and was really responsive and helpful.

I'm completely disappointed with the products, very poor quality, not like in the description. What they say is sateen and egyptan cotton in the real life is polyester and very cheap, completely see trough cotton.
I tried to return but there is no return label or any address.
They have the worst costumer service ever, they didn't reply to my emails 2 months.
Don't waste your money.
On them website the don't post the negative feedbacks, I've tried to leave mine 2 times.

It's a shame this company has had to deal with these bad reviews. I bought a towel set and a hand towel for a great price, had no issues with the website or the confirmation email. I was informed when they were shipped and they arrived a week later. Absolutely no problems. I think people need to really consider whether a company deserves a bad review or if it's an issue that could be resolved by talking to them before they bad mouth somebody's business over the internet. Would definitely order from them again.

The products they sell can be found for half the price in other places. I bought bath mats from them for £18 thinking I’ll get their original product . I received a Gaveno Modula bath mat set that can be found on Amazon for £9.99. The website is a real rip off. When contacted them to return the bath mat set, they said the rerun postage will cost £6! Looks to me like they were just not happy with being called out on their bs.
