I wish I could give zero stars!
I ordered some hand towels (zero twist if you’re interested in not buying them)!
They arrived and didn’t bear even a slight resemblance to the ones advertised - either in colour or quality.
They agreed to refund, but only 75% of what I paid for them. They said the remaining 25% was for postage. The product was faulty and not as advertised!! 🤬
Customer service is ZERO too!
Trading standards are investigating these charlatans, so fingers crossed, they will take it further!! Consumer law doesn’t seem a strong point for them!

So I ordered a mattress topper with this company and a couple of months later they tell me the Currier lost my parcel.. however, had sent hundreds of emails and they didn’t feel the need to respond to any of them.. Then they tell me they will send another one out straight away.. total rubbish that was couple of months pass again. I get back in touch with them 1000 times they respond when they’re ready to tell me it hadn’t even been sent out and they have not got it in stock. Don’t shop with this company. It will be an absolute nightmare getting your order, getting your money back.. they need to get someone to send messages that can actually speak. The language of whoever is sending it because I just found them very rude..

Absolute terrible product … Hungarian Goose Feather Duvet. It sheds feathers constantly and copiously. The feathers have invaded the entire house. Very poor quality material through which the feathers can escape very easily.

I ordered some bedsheet sets from this company. However, after reading the reviews I immediately requested to cancel my order. The customer service is non existent, I didn’t get a response to my two emails but the bedsheets were still dispatched. I have received them today and the quality is not great at all. Please save your money and look elsewhere.

I've seen some bad reviews but my experience has been fantastic I ordered a mattress topper on Monday (Express)
and received it on Wednesday only to discover I had ordered the incorrect size after a online chat with there support a couple of emails the incorrect one had been sent back and a replacement ordered could not be more pleased

One star because I can't give them lower Thiefing lying conmen will say they will refund you but have no intention of doing so excuses but no refund even though they received my return unopened just keep stalling with no intention of refund for your own good stay clear I'm in process of getting trading standards involved and trying to get my cash back through the bank this company is scammers.

UPDATE
The company got in touch and kindly offered a solution even if we were outside the return window. We cannot get a refund for that reason but they did offer something to help with this problem. That was satisfactory because most sellers these days don't even bother responding or trying any solution. Thank you

Very very poor quality materials. The duvet leaves feathers everywhere. We find them in all the laundry, stuck to clothes and the floor is always covered in feathers. Shoddy beyond words. Also who is running the website since the company was dissolved?

Whilst order was not completed due to delivery issues with Evri, my issue was resolved satisfactorily by the customer service team, particularly pleased with a phone call from the manager to assist in my issue. Would use again

Terrible feathers everywhere from new duvet and only offering 25% discount as refund will take further

I ordered on 13.12.22 few towels for a Christmas gift, never received any notifications about the parcel being dispatched. I emailed few days later, I tried their chat to reach out but nothing (obviously no phone number available). Today (boxing day) I received a notification I will be refunded for my order along an email faking an excuse the package could not be sent... Terrible service!!! All it takes is keeping your customers informed and not ignoring them for 10 days. Shame.

Item went missing from my doorstep as it was left in view of the street. Evri apologised and even though I am entitled to a full refund or replacement through Egyptian cotton they are refusing. Its their responsibility to claim any loses with the parcel company not leave their customers £50 down with no goods. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and certainly won't be ordering from them again.
Update I finally received a replacement after weeks of arguing, I had to accept the same order in a different colour (original colour was now out of stock) as they wouldn't change the order even though it came to less money. It was supposed to be a Christmas present so I had to go else where to buy it and although I'm thankful I got something I ended up with something I didn't really want. I haven't increased the star rating as it was far to much mither and time to sort out

Update: 50% refund received after a friendly call from the supplier.As we had used it we could not return it for a full refund. It was a shame this happened but it ended ok to our joint agreement. ------------Purchased a duck feather winter duvet a couple of weeks ago. Getting feathers shedding out of it all over the place. I bought it as the feathers are held in individual squares so they shouldn't all gather at the bottom of the duvet. Wrong! Each square has seeing missing so the feathers end up a at the bottom after bring n bed for only an hour! We can't move under the thing then. A review said it wasn't a noisy rustle duvet...ours sounds like egg shells cracking. Contacted the company. Had an email asking for photos of what I received. Sent them yesterday but not heard back yet. We will see. Duvet not fit for purpose in my opinion. I'll update review when and when if it is resolved. But at the moment I'm not impressed at all. Prove me wrong The Egyptian Cotton and sort this out by giving me a refund please.

Ordered duvet set ready for winter and have zero complaints. Really soft, straight from the packaging, not like some covers that feel stiff and have to be washed to calm down.

I purchased a sheet set, Its design is beautiful, the quality is good and the price is very reasonable. Happy with the purchase.

I am so so unhappy with the item I purchased. I bought a feather duvet from them and 2 pillows set. Paid almost 100£ for all as I really wanted to invest in good quality products that will last for a long time. Unfortunately the quality of them is so poor.. Feathers are constantly coming off, when I wake up I have feathers in my hair even! I need to vacuum at leat 2 times per day, as they are flying everywhere. I took pictures, wrote to the company telling that I am not happy with the purchase and want to return it as there is clearly something wrong with it. They offered me another duvet, and day later cancelled it as apparently they can not do it. Yyy?? I ended up with a set that can be dumped as its not usable at all, and I lost my money! I do not recommend, please think twice before buying from them!

I had a very bad experience with that company. I have buy a mattress topper which was a really bad quality and not even close what was on the picture or discription. Of course I have try to return it, here is big surprise. The return process company made extremely difficult, so basically you need to send them tone of photos, recording videos, all packages should be unopened. I have no idea how in that case you can see what did you get. And the main thing you have to pay for postage back. So please think properly before buy something because you can just lose your money and get very poor quality. Customer service is just useless

I purchased a duck feather duvet and a 100% cotton duvet set and I'm really happy with my purchase, The products are perfect, the service is very good the parcel was delivered within 6 days.
Definitely recommend this company.

Disappointed!
so I ordered in great faith, products looked great beddings duvet, mattress toppers I spent around £150 with this company, out of my entire order I received 1 duvet duck feather single & 1 topper & the divet cover today.
My entire order consisted of,
1 x double duvet set duck feather
1x single duvet duck feather
2 x mattress toppers air cloud
1 x duvet set grey
this was ordered will over 2 weeks ago, I contacted the company clearly judging by some of the reviews here I did get a response telling me the item was out of stock, I found this strange when I ordered the stuff as everything ordered was clearly in stock. I'm still waiting, I have now gone to my bank provider to repost as a scam as my money has been taken yet I only have a small fraction of goods. the company is not doing anything about this. Personally, I will never use it again
Oh, i forgot to mention the duvet set did turn up today but came in a well-presented EBAY BOX! & Recepit did anyone read the about us page on there website?

No customer service, and most certainly no hand-finished linin standard duvet set, and by the looks of things it all comes from EBAY.

Iv had to edit this review as i got a phone call today from the company, communication was poor. The person i spoke to told me they would refund me for the missing items and in return, I would remove this review, I received 1 refund for the duvet cover set but not for the other items. I contacted them asking if they had spoken to the courier and that the refund they submitted was only for one item, not the other missing items the response I got was poor. Anyone looking to order, please don't waste your time the company is incomitant and overall useless, Really not worth the hassle.
