We work with many plugin developers for clients, and many of the times, if something goes wrong they will find ways to shirk off any issues to someone else.
Not the folks at The Events Calendar. Every issue I have brought them they have taken ownership of and found a solution for. We've even asked for small quality of life type minor UX fixes, and they have rolled them out the next week in a release.
Most recently, we've had an issue with the media library filling up with images from old events. I was curious if there was a solution - they provided a snippet, and before I was even able to reply had already then improved on it to turn it into a mini plugin.
You guys are awesome!!

I had a problem publishing the event by TEC form. I described the situation and got a response very quickly with the correct solution. Iris corresponded with me. Thank you.

Events Calendar Plus advertises that you can use Elementor customisation, but fails to mention when you do so, you lose the 'get tickets' block. Meaning you end up without a checkout function, UNLESS you purchase Event Tickets Pro as well...
Go for a different ticketing plugin if using Elementor, this one just blocks aspects behind ADDITIONAL paywalls.
Adding Elementor customisation shouldn't remove purchasing options.

Great Tech Support! Today I was assisted by Paul Acido who helped me solve a big puzzle I've been trying to figure out for several days. He went above and beyond until he figured it out and now I can launch my site.
When I was deep in the trenches of my WordPress chaos trying to get my events to show up properly on my TADA website, I thought I was losing my mind (and maybe a little bit of hope). Enter Luan – my tech superhero from the support team at the Events Calendar! 🦸♂️
Not only did Luan fix the issue with my Event Calendar, but they made the whole process feel like a breeze. In just a few steps, they walked me through everything with screenshots, explaining it in clear, non-techie language.
I was impressed with how quickly Luan got to the root of the issue and how easy they made the whole experience. They truly saved me from what could have been an event-planning disaster, and now my events page is running smoothly, looking amazing, and most importantly, working like a charm.
If you're dealing with any WordPress headaches with your events using the Events Calendar, especially around event management, do yourself a favor and reach out to Luan. They’ve got the skills and the patience of a saint. You’ll wonder why you didn’t contact them sooner!
Big thanks to Luan for saving my sanity and my website! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Fast response time with proper solutions, thanks.

The plugin (and its addons) work really well out of the box but what's even better is the awesome support from people like Luan, Tristan and Paul. Thanks everyone!

Great plugin. Had a few bugs on my website but costumer support is really great: very responsive, detailed answers, etc. Very happy with it
My client paid for an extended license and boy was it worth it! We had two small issues and Paul's quick response to the ticket and helpful resolution was perfect and totally met the need. I'll recommend this to all my clients going forward.
The Event Calendar and TEC Pro are the best calendar solution for WordPress. We’re also using Event Tickets Plus and Promoter — all great products. What is really great is the support staff who have helped tailor all these apps to fit our unique requirements. With their direction, I’ve been able to make CSS and PHP mods (I’m a programmer with prior knowledge of these languages and tools). Just finding where to make the mods is 99% of the mod jobs. A big thank you goes to their SUPER SUPPORT STAFF.
I recently interacted with The Events Calendar Support team and had a great experience. Gladys Roldan was responsive and provided detailed answers regarding licensing options for development environments. Her guidance made navigating the plugin's features much easier.
Gladys also kept my ticket open for further questions, demonstrating a commitment to customer support. Additionally, the welcome discount coupon was a thoughtful gesture.
Overall, the support I received was excellent, and I would definitely recommend their services for future projects. Thank you, Gladys and the team!

In all my years (decades) of coding for wordpress sites, have I ever had to modify so many lines of CSS codes just to make things work. In the end, I had to buy a plugin to get things to style correctly and faster, and my clients site ran out of memory trying to get it to run. I want my day back. I moved their site to Modern Events Calendar. Seriously, I could have created a custom post type with some fields, and done this in half the time.
Great plugins, used across multiple client sites. The support team are very helpful when replying to tickets and never take too long to reply (normally within a 24hour period). Have dealt with a few different members of the support team and all are very helpful and quick to resolve most issues, self-inflicted and otherwise.
