Amazing support, Luan was helping me to find a bug and did not stop until we solved it. The whole process was very pleasent, Luan remaining calm and positive, understanding and solution-oriented. It was a delight working with you.
I asked Support whether changes to the weekly and monthly calendar were possible - specifically, if the venue name could be included and whether the series icon could be removed. Also, if the stacking of events on the same day/time on the monthly calendar could be changed.
I received an email back within a day explaining that all enhancements were possible by a PHP/CSS programmer, and they provided on-line documentation on how changes to the calendars could be performed. As well, the support desk provided short code to remove the series icon from the calendar, which worked successfully.
The support analyst was professional, helpful and responded in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.
I received help to format some of the images with the calendar so it shows up nicely in all pages, using additional CSS code.
