Iris is the support person who first responded to my ticket. I so appreciated her thoughtful and rapid responses to my inquiry and followup questions and clarifications. She provided options for dealing with the issue while developers were working on a fix.

Enhancements to the Monthly / Weekly Calendar
I asked Support whether changes to the weekly and monthly calendar were possible - specifically, if the venue name could be included and whether the series icon could be removed. Also, if the stacking of events on the same day/time on the monthly calendar could be changed.
I received an email back within a day explaining that all enhancements were possible by a PHP/CSS programmer, and they provided on-line documentation on how changes to the calendars could be performed. As well, the support desk provided short code to remove the series icon from the calendar, which worked successfully.
The support analyst was professional, helpful and responded in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.
