I reached out to troubleshoot a problem with the demo site for testing. Iris was very patient and helped me understand that the day event limit only works for specific event types.

The RSVP feature is nice and simple to use and gives me just what I wanted to set a number of event spaces and allow people to book right in the event post it relates to. I used the support email to clarify one thing and Iris was quick to respond and put me on the track. Great plugin.

IRIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE! She made it possible for a non-techy person like me to be able to troubleshoot and fix the problem I was having with my Events Pro/Virtual Calendar! She send detailed instructions to me several times until we got it working. She even followed up the day after I reported I got it fixed. Very comforting and informational. You could almost see her smiling as I read her emails! She was very attentive and went out of her way to see that I was happy with the plugins and the final output of the calendar. Thanks, Iris:)

Always had a timely response with any issues. A recent issue was assisted by Tristan after an update disabled some display options of my calendar. Great, simple calendar for the website.

The Events Calendar plugin suite is not only a mighty calendar with a lot of features for your WordPress website, but they also have a superb and fast customer service with quick response times and super helpful staff. After our purchase for a client, we discovered that the "Event Importer Bundle" would be the better option. Quick message to the support and we got an uncomplicated refund for our initial purchase. After moving the project from staging to the live environment we ran into a license error -- a quick chat with Iris resolved everything in no time.
