Hi Saba, our new massager batteries are not affected by the adapters customers use but even if you have the older version, the massager charges with a regular 5V/2A adapter. Very accommodating in changes to order and quick delivery the unit itself is nice the actions of unit are soothing but the noise is not condusive to relaxation or would help in any way if I was dealing with a migraine like be the machine do not like the noise

Product was exactly what was promised. My daughter suffers from migraines, and last year I bought her the Cooling Cap. She has so much relief from it, I had no hesitation placing the eyeology order with you. Does exactly what she needs to remove the presser from her eyes, temple, and forehead. She is considering buying the neck massager because a lot of the time she can feel the migraine start at the base of her neck/head.
I am currently considering buying the knee/leg compression unit for my sister who suffers from poor circulation and leakage through her veins which she just had surgery for. I wondered if it would help with the pain, throbbing, and swelling she has to live with daily.
Reasonably priced and fast, easy, on time delivery.

I quite enjoy the product and so did my brother-in-law. My husband found it too tight around the eyes. My sister did as well. Delivery was quicker than expected and packed well. Overall, a great product that I will use.
