Eye mask
The product being offered was something that we were looking for. Upon receiving the product, it was difficult to understand the directions, after reading them. After several readings and experimenting, the product did work. It has the potential for being a good product to use when one suffers from blepharitis. I say potential because we have yet to figure out how to increase the temperature. It needs to be hotter in order for it to be effective on the tear ducts.

Amazing!
I got one for my husband and one for my brother for Christmas & they both love it! I have stolen my hubby's several times to help with headaches. Its crazy, halfway thru I ALWAYS fall asleep! Such an amazing product!

I have dry eyes and headaches. At first I wasn’t sure I would get used to the massage but it only took a few times to realize it was helping with my headache!

Though the product just wasn’t right for me, the company was excellent in their handling of the situation.
One disclaimer, I feel that they are extremely lax in not explaining what type of charger MUST be used.
