Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY!!!

11/14/2022 UPDATE - I did not misuse the product. It worked great for 10 months and stopped working. You do not stand behind this subpar product. Also, you offered me a free cheap mask which I DID NOT ACCEPT so hopefully you did not send it out to me. Such unprofessional customer service.***
Buyer beware!! I loved this until it no longer worked after 10 months. Eyeology did not provide a warranty replacement since the "wrong" charger was used. Apparently there is a loop hole so they can avoid providing a warranty replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

It's very good

It's very good. I like how it massages and heats my eyes as well as reduction of stress and anxiety since you basically don't want to much stressful things going on inside your head. It is also easy to sleep with so if I have a terrible time sleeping, I just put it on and relax

I love everything Eyeology

The product delivers everything it claims, and is very reasonably priced

The product does provide some relief, between the massage and heat function, it is a much better way to apply a sensible amount of pressure than by using your hands. It also feels like it is a more sanitary method for doing forehead pressure than by using your hands.

For the price, the device is amazing. It is well designed and feels like a quality electronic product. It is not made of cheap materials, and it is also not too large or heavy to be useful.

Eyeology is so relaxing for your migraines.

Eyeology has helped me with my migraines. I love the warm setting and the cool setting to help relax the tension behind my eyes. I have been having a lot of migraine and eyeology has help take away the pain.
I still get migraine but eyeology is wonderful and so relaxing.
I can fall asleep with the relaxing therapy of the eyeology.

I had the start of a migraine and I had…

I had the start of a migraine and I had only had my product for a couple of days. I put it on with the heat and laid down for 15 to 20 mins, I felt such relief in that little bit of time. I'm going to take it to work so I can see how I can perform after using it. I am totally satisfied with this product!!

I suffer from migraines

I suffer from migraines, severe headaches and problems sleeping. I bought the eyeology eye mask to see if it would help. I am so happy I purchased it! I have been using it for about a month now and haven’t had a headache since using it. I use it every night. I get into bed, put the eyeology mask on, let it run the 10 minutes and after I have taken it off, I go straight to sleep. I even use it if I wake up in the middle of the night to go back to sleep. This product is worth its weight in gold! Thank you, eyeology!

This works really great

This works really great! Wish it had a cooling option though. Heat doesn't always help my migraines, the cold does more most of the time.

Items defective not as advertised

Items defective not as advertised. Contacted customer service through website for return they have no listed email or phone for contact. I have filled out the online customer care form 3 times now. No response - they never responded - even 5 days later and screenhots that state ”we’ll be in touch in 24 hours.” As noted in other reviews - please beware - customer service is non existent if you need to return. Do not buy unless you are willing to keep a defective item or know you won’t return.

Eyelogy - if you would like to reply with a contact email phone and/or respond to my multiple requests I will consider amending the review. Order #33701

Update: Searched through junk mail. Nothing with that name or this brand name anywhere in email. Again I would not like a Facebook connection or Instagram connection I want a direct contact email and/or phone number so I can reach out since this company will not and has not!

The 24 hour care contact page doesn’t work! Never got back. Company has my email in that order - can respond directly to this but again not responding or contacting me in anyway other than advertising and “no reply” email. simply requesting direct contact details. I feel like potential customers should know that it is impossible to reach out if necessary . if this is not true please simply provide an email and or contact number! I will be disputing the charge with a credit card company as I have tried multiple times to reach out to your company and costumer care with no response.

Great Customer Care

I bought my Eyeology a couple of months ago, and I really loved it. Unfortunately the material started to come apart and the sponge was exposed. I was disappointed as I did not get to enjoy it long enough. I decided to email Customer Care and took a photo of my Eyeology product. I got a reply really quick and I was offered a replacement. I was very grateful to have received it just in time to take it on my holiday. Thank you so much for your assistance and prompt reply.

Good service
