Great tackle company

Absolutely superb company to deal with, a couple of times a product has been out of stock before despatch and I was phoned up and asked what I would like to do, wait for new stock or have a different product. I had a damaged item on one order and this was replaced with a better product. You cannot say fairer than that !
Big shout out to Scott for his fantastic service.

Late delivery outcome

I placed an order with them and waited when my item never arrived in the expected time ,I got in touch with them via email asking about delay!
They promptly replied explaining that they were really busy but assured me that they would look into my order for me.
Within 1 hour I received a notification that my order will be sent out via royal mail and I received my order two days later.
I can't say a bad word about them very apologetic and quick to sort out the delivery I will use them again.

Fantastic online shop

Great place to order from, would order again, i would also like to add i did have a small issue with something i ordered but they was extremely helpful and very quick in fixing the issue so definitely worth 5 stars
