Really great experience with The Fitness Group. From my initial enquiry, Rosie called me straight away and was incredibly helpful in getting me started with my qualification. She also let me know about a promotion they were running, which I hadn’t realised was available. Rosie got everything set up quickly and was very accommodating throughout. Overall, a really helpful and straightforward experience.

Spoke to Jessy about my queries and she was super helpful, calling me back and corresponding via email too. I got all the answers I needed.

I’ve had the pleasure of being taught by Lorena. Highly recommend her as a Pilates instructor. She is an experienced and knowledgeable teacher who explains each exercise clearly and pays close attention to technique and form. Her classes are well-structured, engaging, and suitable for different levels of ability.

I did my May pilates training with Future fitness. It was a great training, you have to do a lot of work on your own so having a good tutor makes all the difference. I had the pleasure to be assigned to Evan, and he was so kind and understanding answering all my questions and queries.

I have completed my level 3 sports massage training with The Fitness Group.
The experience from start to finish has been amazing and I’ve felt supported throughout.

I had a very positive experience with Mel from Learner Support. She was kind, understanding and very helpful while I was trying to return to complete my qualifications after some personal challenges.

Mel quickly looked into my account, clarified my international course access, and arranged for the international tutor to contact me so I could get back on track. Her communication and support made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you, Mel, for your excellent help and reassurance.

I had Evan Garrat for my phase 1 Reformer course and they were fabulous. Very clear with instructions and great patience. Was so enjoyable. Am feeling very confident and can’t wait for phase 2

My instructor Evan has been absolutely amazing, so informative and supportive. Couldn’t recommend enough.

However there was a big mix up with booking dates and it happened to more than half of the people in my class. So maybe office organisation could be improved, but the day itself fantastic.

Harry was great, answering all my queries and endless questions. Friendly helpful and responsive to emails. Great service - thank you.

From the beginning, Mr Jonathan helped me with the enrolment process and guided me properly in starting the course. Mr Mel was also very helpful in supporting and reminding me about my booked assessment classes. I truly appreciate the clear communication and assistance provided.
