Cheap stuff from China

Ordered two blankets. Some shopping insurance gets added at the end which can not be deleted. The shipping takes forever and comes from China, so the company address is a lie. It’s cheap china stuff.

I accidentally placed the wrong order…

I accidentally placed the wrong order and contacted customer support, where Novem assisted me.
They were incredibly polite and responded quickly. I truly appreciate their professional support.
I’m very excited for the product to arrive!

I am very happy with the muslin…

I am very happy with the muslin blankets. No more sweaty nights, while still staying warm whenever I need to. After my first order, I placed a second one. Unfortunately, it was lost during the shipping process. Novem from The Fleece Company worked with me to try to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. Despite several attempts, we were unable to get the carrier to take action. As a result, my order was sent again. The communication was excellent, and I received great support throughout the process!

“The fleece company“ seems to specialize in fleecing their customers…
Very disappointed with the sizing of the blankets. I purchased two full-size and one queen size winter blankets, and a pair of pajamas. The blankets fell so far short of advertised dimensions that they are not useful on any size adult bed. They are throw blankets at best. Would make excellent baby blankets. The pajamas were at least two sizes too small. The return process requires you to pay shipping to a warehouse in Germany. Even if the package were received within the 30 day window, the cost of shipping would consume about 2/3 of the refund. Justine, the customer service agent assigned to me was intelligent and understood my concerns. She was as helpful as she could be given misleading product description and unrealistic return policy. I believe she did her best to make things right, but I would certainly not recommend shopping with this company.
