I have many of your cases and have previously reviewed them and I absolutely love them! But they have such ce changed the style and aesthetic of their cases but I would still like some of them, however they removed all Samsung sizes from their website so I can't by any new cases

I ordered a matching phone case and air pods case for my daughter for Christmas, the latter being subject to a great discount code. Unfortunately having not checked the iPhone case size I realised on Christmas Day it was the wrong one.
I emailed the company and got a response the same day (Boxing Day) and thereafter a new case was sent out immediately.
There was no quibbling or requirement to return the “wrong size” case just an immediate solution.
The customer services emails were prompt and polite.
