Great branch in Truro, phone fixed at competitive price,very quickly,extremely helpful and pleasant service, will definitely use again!

Had a problem with the Launceston branch, who sent my phone off to be mended and it came back in a worse state, not even able to switch on or charge. No compensation, no customer service for this company, no reply to any emails at all. Truly awful experience.

Have used the shop in St. Austell numerous times for phone battery replacements. Went there today to have a speaker replaced in an iPhone. He took the time to explain the process, and even showed me the damaged unit afterwards.
Great shop, great service.

Superb service and repair by Kash: 2 working days between Christmas and New Year to get a new screen sent and expertly installed. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to a few phone repair shops in my time but I’ve never quite been to one quite as organised and well priced as this one.
The gentleman behind the counter was a pleasure to do business with and I will 100% be back here when I need any more of his services.

I’m trying to return, don’t no address and my emails are being ignored.. don’t rate them at all . Oh and their colour pink is actually peach , that’s why I’m retuning

Wish I could give it 0 stars, customer service is terrible, they have apparently posted my phone case and it was deliver (it was never delivered) and when I emailed them they said ‘we can see that it was delivered on the 15th’ then why don’t I have the case then!

Ordered a phone case in October 2022, still hasn’t arrived !!!! Sent multiple emails and had no response. Would rather give 0 stars

wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone, ordered my daughter a phone case for her birthday after 20odd days I emailed asking when it would be delivered, to be told its been delivered. I asked them to send proof as I have not recieved it and alot of my post go to a different road with the same name, just a different area. heard nothing back shall be taking this further.

I have ordered quite a few cases and loved them. I have got a new phone so ordered myself and my daughter matching cases (iPhone 14 plus and iPhone 13), these arrived today. The quality of the case is massively different to the cases I have bought previously. The new cases feel very flimsy and don’t protect my camera on the back of the phone. Even the packaging wasn’t the same. I’m not sure I would order again now.

Absolutely brilliant service. Responded to my emails immediately and quickly offered to send a replacement phone case, when my first parcel didn't arrive due to mail strikes. On receipt of both cases, I offered to return one and they thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep it. Made Christmas shopping painless and hassle free and the case is fabulous. Would highly recommend!
