Very cute! The phone case feels durable and my phone is protected. The designs are really cute and I love that you can buy a matching AirPod case too. Shipping was fast and it was altogether a good experience. Will be buying again!

The case is really strong and the silicone has not turned yellow so far! The only issue is that the design has scraped off a little around the edges.

Terrible and borderline fraudulent experience - I don't recommend.

Purchased an item, changed my mind about 10 minutes later and emailed their customer service to cancel my order right away.

Unfortunately, my request was ignored for over 48 hours and then my item was dispatched. After receiving this communication, I re-iterated my request for cancellation and was told it couldn't be done since my order was being processed. Convenient isn't it?

This was obviously done so they could excuse not cancelling my order and it clearly pushes the line of legality, since according to consumer law I have over 14 days to cancel any purchase. This company has acted as purposely incompetent and ignored all my requests for long enough so they could claim an excuse to violate the legislation.

With all that in mind, feel free to make your own conclusions when considering a purchase from this company.

I wouldn't recommend using this company. I got a phone case through them and had to email constantly for a reply to get an address to return the item. I did as advised to send proof of postage and order details when returning the item, still to this day have not received my refund or an email back from the company. AVOID

I placed an order for a phone case and power bank. I received them and the power bank was not what I thought at all. It was absolutely tiny. I messaged the company on Facebook, Instagram and email MULTIPLE times to which I got no response. You go on there website and there is no refund section. They finally got back to me through email after countless amount of emails sent to them. I returned the power bank and was waiting for them to let me know they received it. Obviously got no email saying they received it and did the same thing emailed them. Again no reply back off them. It was through Klarna so I said I was returning the item. They contacted them and actually got through and thephonecasecompany replied to Klarna and said THEY HADNT RECEIVED THE ITEM!!!!! I knew for a fact I sent it back through Royal Mail and I had the receipt. Unfortunately for me Royal Mail only gave me one receipt and not the one with the tracking number on. So in the end I had to pay for something I sent back. Don’t order from here if you want to send something back as there customer service won’t get back to you.

I mistakenly bought the wrong sized case and reached out to customer services who couldn’t have been more helpful! They were able to send me a voucher of the same value when I’d sent back the wrong case so I was able to get the correct size. Fab customer service, really easy to use website and pretty phone cases. Thanks again!

Such a good company to get phone cases from. The cases are a bit pricey but it’s well worth the money. The quality is amazing. I recently purchased the tan lines tough case from Holly & Erin’s collection and it is amazing. It is a double layer case which is perfect for someone who drops there phone a lot like me for instance lol. The first layer is a black rubber case then a hard, plastic layer on top with a glossy finish. It’s so chic and if you are into Instagram, it would be aesthetically pleasing and eye catching in a pic. The nude and white lines abstract case channels minimalistic, cute vibes. You have access to all the ports with cut away detailing. I still have the love yourself tough case from Holly & Erin’s last collection. It’s still in perfect condition. It only has one or two minor scratches on the back which aren’t even noticeable.💝💝
