This is a great place to shop. The ladies at the formula are so very lovely and professional. They respond quickly and efficiently. I had a bit of an issue recently with an order that was taking so long and was almost out of my daily product. Not only did they send me an alternate vitiman c but also a moisturiser to tide me over. Amazing! I could not have asked for a better result. The rest of my order turned up a week or so later. I reccomend the formula to anyone wanting some great skincare and wonderful service. Hi I like to say first up that I absolutely 💕Love💕 Timeless Matrixl Synthe’6 Serum.
Let me qualify that statement. What This product changes about my appearance is that by restoring/supporting collagen structure, it effectively, gently,and very visibly lifts the my cheeks. I can quite literally see the result within a few hours.
This is the difference between looking alive, and timelessly fresh, radiant and happy, and not so much.
I have always looked younger than my years but nature doesn’t grace us with that forever.
I am absolutely delighted to have found this product...a small tweak of nature with a lovely result. I use it morning and night....just two drops each time....the 30 ml bottle lasts for months.
So if you can’t work out why you look a bit tired in the mirror....always assuming decent sleep and nutrition etc etc. Try Timeless Matrixl Synth’e6 Serum.
And yes, people who know you will ask what you’ve done different, and comment on how good you look.
BTW, I am 72yrs. I’ve only recently noticed an obvious drop in facial collagen and would never consider Botox or invasive therapies.

Very quick customer service
Very quick customer service. I received the product (vitamin c) I ordered late but I appreciate that The Formula orders vitamin C when they receive some orders so the product doesn't sit and oxidize.

Unfortunately we made a bit of a silly - but human mistake with your order and missed a small batch. Being a small business these small setbacks can be a huge challenge for us which is why it may seem like "mixed messages" to you. I promise you it is not however. We just try to use the fact we are a small business to our advantage and communicate with our customers in a personable and honest way opposed to a cookie cutter copy and paste we are so used to getting from big companies as consumers.
That being said, completely understand your frustration/disappointment with the situation and really couldn't argue if you didn't decide to shop with us again.
We would love for you to give us a chance to make up for the inconvenience but understand if not.
If not, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we can give you advice on where else you can purchase authentic products for this collection,

Terrible customer service and rude to…
Terrible customer service and rude to answer, I orderer an item in August aware they said I will receive the item in mid September then they said I will receive it last week which never happens and now they emailed me saying they encourage me to order from the original website not from them as the products can be delayed for x reasons. Terrible service.

I am confident and happy that our team have been accomodating in a situation where you have disregarded our continued communication with you.
It is correct that I have suggested you order direct or wait until we are back in surplus stock opposed to from us as you need an exact timeline on your delivery and value that over being cheaper and fresher.
We are a small business trying to provide a solution to the problem of us Australians not getting our hands on great overseas skincare brands unless we spend a fortune getting them.
We do not expect or try and trick you into buying from us if it doesn’t suit you. We simply care about getting great skincare into Aussies hands.
This is why I have suggested you buy direct for your benefit. Not to be rude as you have suggested.
