Exceptional Customer Service
I recently contacted The French Bed Company to order a replacement set of screws for an antique bed. From the very start, their customer service was absolutely outstanding.
The first set was promptly dispatched and I received a tracking number, but unfortunately, it never arrived. After getting in touch with the team, they immediately sent out a second set without hesitation. Sadly, this one also failed to reach me due to ongoing issues with Royal Mail in my area.
Despite this, The French Bed Company remained incredibly professional and helpful throughout. Understanding the situation, they arranged for a third set to be sent out using a different courier—and it finally arrived without a hitch.
Their commitment to resolving the issue and ensuring I received what I needed was truly impressive. It's rare to come across a company that is so proactive, communicative, and determined to deliver great service, especially for such a small order.
Highly recommended—this level of care and attention is hard to find these days. Thank you again!

Slatted bed base seems well made and sturdy, and fitted perfectly within my bed surround leaving a 1cm tolerance gap all the way around it. Assembly was fairly straightforward.

Great bed base
Great bed base
We purchased an adjustable bed base with slats for our antique bedstead. This arrived very quickly and was very easy to assemble and install. It has transformed a beautiful but very uncomfortable bed.
Please note that it looks like a single bed size when it arrives but easily and very cleverly extends to fit your bed.

Great product and excellent service - really quick delivery and real care from the business to check and ensure that the product I’d ordered would be suitable for our antique bed frame.
The base was fitted in minutes and has transformed the old bed - feels like a posh hotel bed now!
