Super products
Super products, as expected. The only downside is the smell, they did arrive with a mouldy smell, even my 6 yo daughter noticed. I wash clothing prior to wearing anyway.
The parcel arrived nicely packaged, eco, with a 10 %off my next purchase which is nice. Also, speedy delivery.

Hi Anna, Thanks for your review, all clothes are brand new and packed by myself and have been hung up in a damp-free environment with no smells whatsoever, we often have the heating on in store so there's no reason for damp smells! I have checked our remaining stock and cannot smell anything. It sounds as though the package perhaps got wet in transport to me? Friendly accommodating service
Soaps and storage items arrived in great condition. I've been washing using nothing but these soaps for a week now and I can't fault them at all. I feel cleaner and my skin and hair feels healthier already.
Freya was exceptionally understanding, responsive and helpful, despite issues with package delivery due to Royal Mail strike action that were totally beyond anyone's control.
I cannot fault the service at all. I will be a repeat customer, as I'm trying to phase out my dependence on Amazon.

The cotton is so soft 💗
The organic cotton is so soft! I bought a dress as a gift for my niece's birthday and I can't wait to see her spinning around in it 🥰 P&p was free because of a special offer. Thank you! I'd highly recommend this shop for all your cloth nappy needs too. We got a 'fox print' little lamb nappy wrap and it's 100% waterproof.
