Excellent team of Stuart and Jez who despite minor problems, not caused by them, installed a replacement boiler for me. Their work was fast, clean and accurate.
Highly recommended.

Their diagnosis of our problem was proved to be correct. We had badly blocked pipes that would not have been cured by flushing. I cannot fault the experience, skills and customer focused service of the whole team, from the lady on the phone to the owner and the engineers. Everything carefully explained and acted upon. Our cold house is warm again and for the amount of work done I count it as very good value.

This review is about the removal of an old unvented mains pressure hot water cylinder. Tribune no longer were in business so we had to find a supplier of a replacement cylinder. This was not easy but eventually, a friend recommended the Gas Appliance Showroom as he noticed a unit displayed in their show room window which was functionally similar to our old unit.
I contacted Gas Appliance Showroom and explained our desperate need for a cylinder which was interchangeable with the old Tribune. They said they would send an engineer out the next day which happened to be a Saturday. We really appreciated the speed of this response as we had our small grand children staying with us and water was dripping through the downstairs ceiling. The mains mains water supply had to be switched on for one hour every day in order to obtain hot water for the children.
The engineer, who came out, was brilliant. He assessed the problem and took measurements and send he would provide me with a quote for a new cylinder. The quote included the cost of all the plumbing and the removal of the old cylinder. We also explained that we had a deadline as we had booked a holiday in a few weeks time.
As promised a replacement cylinder was selected and a delivery date agreed. The cylinder chosen was a Megaflow Eco 2 Unvented Direct & Indirect Hot Water Cylinder. The cylinder was installed and all plumbing completed on the promised installation date. An incredible performance. The old cylinder was removed and taken away. This was not an easy job as the cylinder had cracked and leaked water into the surrounding installation material making the unit very heavy to remove. The work was done to perfection and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone with similar cylinder/ hot water problems.
The response time to my problem was excellent and the customer service superb. Well done Gas Appliance Showroom.

GAS have done a brilliant job on our central heating reinstallation. The engineers were tidy, precise and extremely helpful. The result is brilliant and we couldn’t be happier. Thoroughly recommend - would give more stars if we could.

Responded quickly to a boiler breakdown. Engineer arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem to restore my hot water supply. Also advised on further work needed. Good value for money and I can highly recommend the service.

I have used GAS for over 15 years and have no hesitation in recommending the firm very highly. Their work is consistently first rate and carried out promptly and tidily by very efficient and personable engineers. The friendly and knowledgeable office personnel are a delight to deal with. My recent work involved replacement of pressurised hot water cylinders and was completed seamlessly within the time frame estimated.

Interaction with the office has been first class. The engineer sent to service our boiler (Adam) was prompt, personable and quietly efficient; a credit to GAS.

The engineer was on time, very polite and thoughtfull and quick. There was no mess to clear up after. An easy company to deal with and would highly recommend.

We have had some issues with our old radiators and heating system for several years so we bit the bullet an decided to have the entire lot replaced.

We have just had all our old radiators removed and replaced (8 in total), as well as the old circulating pump, cold inlet isolating valves, pump valves and we also had a new shower fitted. We also had a power flush of the whole system and inhibitor added to finish off. System is now working like a dream thanks to the team at Gas Appliance Showroom in Malvern.

All of the engineers that did the work at our property have one of the strongest work ethics I have ever had the privilege to witness and I wish my interactions with other suppliers in the past were this good. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and nothing too much trouble in ensuring a quality service from start to finish over the 3 days they were here.

And last but by no means least, our service from the supporting Office staff was 10/10 also.

I cannot recommend G.A.S highly enough based on our experience with them this week. We have already booked them back in a few weeks to fit our new Oven and hob. Simply brilliant!

We used this company for a gas safety check and service on the cooker and central heating boiler. The overall experience was very positive. The engineer (Sam) arrived on time and completed the work efficiently whilst explaining potential issues to watch out for. He did a really superb job for us and we have no hesitation in recommending this company for their professionalism and service quality - well deserved 5 stars!!

100% happy with the installation of our Worcester Boiler and radiators. Everything from front of house, to the fantastic team of friendly workmen. Fast, efficient, tidy and very helpful. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Even went out of their way to find a matching brick to fill the hole in the wall where the old extractor had been. Thank you all so much.

I love these guys. Had an old boiler removed and a new one fitted. The installers were the friendliest bunch of guys I have ever met! Amazing customer service by Yvonne and the team at the Gas Appliance Showroom in Malvern. Efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating through out the process. I was kept informed of timings and the engineer was polite and efficient. I was organising a central heating and gas fire service from afar, as an executor of my late Mum's property, and I am delighted to have received such great service. The whole process was made easy for me by Yvonne and the team.

Excellent customer service and communication. We dealt mainly Sue in the office and she was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The installation was carried out by Grant and Jez and we were extremely pleased with the calm, efficient and professional way that they carried out the work. Our gas boiler was condemned on a Wednesday after a routine service, leaving us with no heating or hot water. I contacted the GAS showroom and by the following Monday Grant and Ben were on site installing a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler. They were prompt, courteous and hard working and appeared to have a very good grasp as to how our system functioned. We are delighted with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending the GAS showroom to anyone.
