WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, never recieved my necklace, even though it has been 9 months since the order was placed. Customer suport told me they can't give me refound because necklace was lost somewhere on the way to the Croatia.
I strongly suggest to avoid gasper.co. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had read many reviews that were concerning about this company being a scam, however they had a necklace I really wanted so I took the risk and I ordered through klarna so if worst came to worst I could have support with the order.
I hadn’t recieved the order after 2 weeks so I got in touch with customer service who only let me know, then, that the necklace was out of stock…. No prior communication about this before. So after back and forth emails I asked for a refund. And by the way the necklace was still listed on their website for sale after they had said it was out of stock, and checking now as I write this - it still is apparently in stock
I reported it to klarna and told them the order was cancelled, they were awaiting gaspers response to which they got none and now klarna is still seeking the full payment for the necklace. I got in touch with gasper customer service - no reply.
It’s my own fault for taking that risk after reading the reviews but you’d assume a company that shoves its ads down your throat through social media would atleast be real
I placed an order over an 6 weeks ago. I waited 10 days for it to arrive, nothing. I emailed their support. They told me what I had ordered was out of stock. After 32 painful emails back and forth. They then offered me a free necklace from a limited range or a 10% discount a replacement for the out of stock item. They then posted the items14 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived.

First off, I am very happy with my order in all aspects! Easy to order, and got shipped and delivered fast! I was super impressed once I unwrapped the cuban chain and the onyx pendant. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I am so pleased with this order and definitely will be ordering from Gasper again! The quality is great, and it came as expected. I get so many compliments daily, and is now part of my every day wear! Thank you so much again! 5 stars for me!
I had a bumpy start with my order since one of the items turned out to be out of stock, but when I reached out to them, we agreed on a solution, and when I got the parcel, I was amazed by the neat and careful presentation the items had, as well with the quality of the pieces. I might get another box set in the near future.
The experience was wonderful and the quality was top notch. I bought one pendant and chain for my partner. Loved it so much bought 2 more pendant and chains, ring, and bracelet. The service was fast and delivered quickly. Thoroughly impressed.
I ordered one bracelet to Germany and i had to pay 14€ at the post station (they told me it was tax and stuff). Like what?! I already payed 10+€ at Gasper checkout for the shipping. This is not cool.

I wish I hadn't ordered from this company. The first time I tried, my virus blocker kept telling me it was a scam and I shouldn't visit the website. I messaged the company on Instagram to let them know and ask if their website was safe. I was assured they are legit and the website was safe to use. I ended up ordering a Touch of God bracelet and I was excited for it to arrive. The package said it was delivered to my mailbox on 4/10/25, but nothing was there. The same day, I reached out to Gasper and my local post office to see what could be done. I tried asking around to my neighbors and nobody has come over with it or spoken up. The post office has been a complete waste. Gasper finally got back to me after days of not hearing back and I was asked to confirm my address. I did and they sent back an email stating due to their shipping policy, they would not be able to send a replacement or give me a refund. When I look at their shipping policy, the only thing I see is for the customer to make sure their address is correct because if it isn't, then it's not Gasper's fault. I did in fact give them the right address and they're giving me the run around. They are honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and DON'T order from them. I've reached out to my bank to dispute the charge so hopefully I get my money back.

Very disappointed with the amount of time to receive the order to Australia. It took nearly 4 weeks although 5-12 days is promised on website. Took 11 days for them to even dispatch the order. Complained but no offer of compensation although didn’t arrive in time for birthday it was ordered for. Products when eventually received seem fine.
