So far so good

So far so good it hasn’t broken yet, but it was a while before the chain actually broke on the other one so I’m grateful that I got a replacement and this one has not broken yet out of random. It looks nice. It feels OK. It does pinch a little bit on the hairs on the back of the neck That could definitely be improved or fixed. Don’t know how but that would be nice. It is a little shorter they didn’t have the longer one unfortunately for me very nice and pretty though. Also, they didn’t replace the stone that was lost when the chain broke.

Amazing Jewelry

The delivery was super quick. Every piece came in their own pouch, which i liked. The quality of the product looks amazing, love the details in each one. Would definitely recommend and buy more.

Chip Tanzanite

First off, when I saw the Chip Tanzanite, I had low expectations of what it would look like upon arrival. Well...it really is just as stunning as the image and video ad! The compliments are almost humbling. Guys, you make beautiful things! I'm just as excited about my 3rd and 4th piece arriving in a few days!

I was a bit worried that my order would…

I was a bit worried that my order would take a long time to arrive but to my surprise it was delivered 4 days after I placed my order. The product came exactly as advertised on picture, got a gold and silver Creation of Adam rings. For the price and feel it's perfect.

The American Nightmare

I’ve been following Gasper on Instagram for quite some time and was eventually persuaded to place an order. The advertised delivery timeframe was 4 to 8 working days, with no mention of any additional charges.
Now, 8 working days later, I still haven’t received my order. Instead, I was unexpectedly presented with an additional invoice of €45, which I was told must be paid immediately or my order would not be delivered.
I reached out to Gasper to request an update on the delivery and to confirm that no further charges would apply. Unfortunately, both inquiries were ignored.
As an online business, there are a few fundamental principles that must be upheld: honoring the promised delivery window and maintaining full transparency regarding costs. Gasper failed on both fronts.
I will not be purchasing from Gasper again, nor from any other webshop that ships from the United States.

Your parcel arrived in your country’s customs within the advertised 4–8 business day delivery window, which means we did meet the shipping timeframe on our end. Once a package reaches customs, any further steps depend entirely on the local authorities.

Regarding the €45 fee — we completely understand that unexpected charges are frustrating. However, customs duties are not set or collected by us. These fees are paid directly to your country’s customs office, and the request for payment comes from them, not from Gasper. We include this information on every page of our website under “Customs Duties,” and again at checkout via the “Shipping Information” button. We do our best to notify customers as clearly and as often as technically possible.

About communication: you emailed us on Friday, October 3rd, and our team (Daphne) replied on Monday, October 6th, as soon as the workweek began. We’re sorry if it felt like you were being ignored in the meantime — that was never our intention.

We appreciate that you trusted us enough to place an order after following us on Instagram, and we’re here to help if you need any support with the next steps at customs.

Don't Bother!

Ordered 2-5 day express shipping on September 26 (it is now October 6), have sent two emails requesting an update on my order, no response and support email is no longer active. Filed a dispute with Afterpay to cancel order, stay away!

Order not received, no customer service response

EDIT:

I placed an order on September 27th. After no updates for over a week, I reached out several times via email and social media with no reply. Eventually, after posting this review, I finally received a response saying my order had shipped — but more than two business days later, there’s still no tracking information or confirmation that anything was actually sent.

It feels like the company only responded to manage the review rather than resolve the order issue. I’m still waiting for proof of shipment and a clear update.

Gasper really surprised me

Gasper really surprised me! Regarding shipping I ordered this for my man’s birthday, and bc I live in Puerto Rico I was expecting the shipping to take time, I have never received items this quickly before! 10/10! The actual jewelry is stunning! I purchased the onyx set and ngl I do like the cubana more but the actual rope necklace is very nice, I do wish it was a little more thick or heavier like the cubana only bc I feel like if not careful it could break, but the cubana is very good quality!

The delivery period they advertised is…

The delivery period they advertised is an utter lie.
Ordered a jewellery bundle for a birthday present, expected it to turn up in 7 working days but 14 working days later it still isn’t here.
I see other people had a good experience but shame I can’t say the same as dealing with Gasper was complete garbage for me.
I won’t be using them again.
