I had no idea of enrollment or any payments to this company as I had not consciously enrolled in anything..I also did not receive any emails etc to say money was/has been taken from my account..it was only by looking at my account that realised what was happening..after following instructions to resolve this I can say that the representative (Sammy) was very very helpful and successfully resolved the matter quickly and kept me well informed so 5 stars for him on this occasion...

I naively tried to buy a gazebo for a ridiculously low price , got no confirmation email so alarms bells started ringing . The payment shown on my bank account was thegiftsclub which I thought odd wasn't the name of the company I thought I was buying from . Somehow at some point I didn't notice the page switched to this and I had filled in the details to purchase the gazebo but it wasn't it was this gift club . Just now I got a pop up from my bank to say they declined £39.60 to them thankfully . I looked them got onto live chat and asked why they are trying to take money from my account , they said don't worry it declined ,I cancel your subscription! I'm going to phone the bank to make sure any future requests are denied . Scammers

Disgusting scam company. NEVER SIGNED up for anything today 20/09/24 and £37.08 went missing straight out my bank and £5.86 minutes after . Went on LIVE chat as i KNOW For a fact I didn't fill anything in as i was asleep in bed then got an email and then live back on LIVE chat and started the messages to them .
I NEVER signed up or nothing today. Scammers !!!! Waiting on refund 7 , 10 days wait !!!! Been onto my bank aswell . After reading more reviews about this company they have same experience as me. They've NEVER signed up or agreed ANYTHING. They just decide to take any amount of money out your bank. Twice in one day they took £37.?? Then £5.??
Ive NEVER heard of them apart from being on holiday in there country.
