Mistaken sign up
I mistakenly signed up for their monthly subscription service and although I cancelled it immediately they still took the subscription fee. I logged a call and even though it has taken some time they have looked at everything and have agreed to refund all the money taken which is really good news. They have been polite and courteous and I am happy with the result - Thank you
