I ordered a bottle of gin early February. It arrived 30th June!!!! No communication, no replies to numerous emails, no one answers the phone. Awful customer service.

I placed an order and they did confirm some of the items within the pack were awaiting delivery. However, there was no indication of when it was likely that my order will be fulfilled. I just hope it’s in time for my better half’s birthday otherwise I’ll be in the dog house
Fair play to the company they responded to my feedback straight away so I’ve increased my rating. Thank guys :-) looks like I won’t be in the dog house after all!

I ordered this Gin Set for my Daughter in laws 30th. It did not disappoint. She loves it, so do I. When ordering, it arrived on the date given with no problems.

Recommend the Gin Warehouse for stocking the unusual! We first tasted the Fitch & Leeds Pink Tonic in Southern Africa and was really pleased to discover that the Gin Warehouse stocked it. We are now happily re-living our sundowner experiences with happy memories.
