So far as it’s an advent calendar the gins are unusual and those that have been drunk fantastic. Learning about new gins has been great. A lovely gift.

I live in Mallorca and wanted to send two people back in the UK a bottle of Palma Gin, distilled here on the island. I found The Gin Warehouse online, when searching for ´Palma Gin in the UK´ and placed my order.
Pleased to say that both recipients received their delivery pretty promptly and were thrilled to get a taste of Mallorca, in a year when they haven´t been able to visit us.

You can tell a lot about a company from the way they handle things when issues arise.

I suffered a problem with an order through The Gin Warehouse, the issue was supplier related in so much as the wrong item was dispatched to me straight from the supplier. The level of response was excellent, Aled was prompt and understanding in dealing with the issue and kept me informed right through to a resolution.

Mistakes happen but The Gin Warehouse could not have done anything more to ensure I went away a happy customer.

The order was very competitively priced and delivery time was excellent, communication through the order process was good and the aftersales service was absolutely fantastic.

I recently purchased one of the lockdown bundle from The Gin Warehouse. I've already drunk half the gin and the popcorn supplied are one of the nicest things I've ever tried. They have a great range that seems to be growing by the week. The order arrived early and the packaging was sturdy and well designed for the weight of Gin. Will be buying again!

I bought the lockdown survival kit for my mum's birthday from The Gin Warehouse and don't have anything bad to say whatsoever. It turned up at my mum's on the day they said it would. Website is easy to navigate and email updates were prompt and concise. They even threw in a free garnish although I think this is only a limited time thing due to them celebrating the opening of a physical store. Zero complaints, would buy again.
